Got called in to come in early for my appointment waited more than an hour watching most of the staff just on their personal phones. Finally after an hour and a half I left. They need to hire people that want to help others not just collecting an easy check.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to get an urgent care visit because the wait times are at least 3 hours.

The IHSS office gave me a form. When should my family doctor sign it? My family doctor is Dr. Nadia. There are four of us. When did I give this form to them? They are asking me to sign it. This clinic has many bad doctors. None of my colleagues have cooperated in this matter. I am still waiting for the doctor's answer, but they are not answering.

I recently visited the facility due to a flare-up of an old injury. The staff took X-rays, provided me with crutches, and gave me referrals for physical therapy. Because I am currently unemployed, they also referred me to a specialist in health insurance. I was in and out in less than 2hours! I want to give a special mention to Mirna in the X-ray department, who was exceptionally professional and kind.

I don't know what everyone is whining about. I made an appointment for an eye exam, arrived 10 minutes early, they called me in right on time, did the exam and gave me my prescription and I was out the door in under half an hour. If you want fancy designer frames, take your prescription to ANY place you choose and PAY for them there. Med-cal only pays for you to see, not to be fashionable. Deal with the way things are. Be thankful they are there doing what they do. I am .

Good evening everyone my name is Richard. I went to this urgent care for days ago to wash my ear. I couldn’t hear nothing. It took me four hours and 48 minutes to check in after check-in. The doctor sent somebody with me to wash it the girl she trying to wash it she have zero experience she would just put in water And after 30 minute to try her side I can’t get out. I’m sorry I’m gonna leave the doctor see if he has another two patient after it will see you so that mean I’ll be ending waiting for six hour I left and then I went today to urgent care in Santee. I believe my name is AFC. It took me five minute waiting less than 10 seconds. They get out. I don’t recommend this urgent care in Cajon for nobody plus most of them. They speak 30% of English I was struggling thank you.
