I tried to make an appointment and the person who picked up the phone was speaking in another language and hung up on me. I called again and asked if she spoke English, she was rude and asked if i spoke English. I told her that I am asking if she spoke English because I called earlier and I was hung up on, I wasn't trying to be rude. I then asked if they accepted my insurance and she said no and hung up. Very rude.
Unprofessional, Disrespectful to anyone, VERY VERY RUDE. She talks to you though a small window, and before you done she closes the window on you.
Worst place. Never go this dr for any reason. She doesn’t help with anything. And ask money for everything. Money hungry dr!!
She shouldn't be a medical doctor - very unprofessional and discourteous.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I called twice to confirm if they accepted my insurance and my appointment. They confirmed at first it was 10:30 and then it was 11. Already sounding sketchy, I didn't think anything of it because I confirmed with the secretary that I was a new patient and only needed this appointment for a referral. So I go in 10 mins before my appointment. This place is extreme dirty and unprofessional and didn't even greet me when I came in. I went up to the front desk and confirmed my appointment. And the secretary looked like she was unprepared and didn't know what I was talking about. She confirms and tells me to sit down and asks for my insurance card. 20 mins later comes and tells me that the PCP (doctors) name is not the same and I have to also have her name on my card. Lol WRONG. I've been through Kaiser and plenty of appointments before and that's completely false lol. I then show her the insurance app where I picked this doctor as the PCP and also showed her the address to confirm and picked up the business card in THEIR office to show it was the same first and last name of the Doctor at this clinic. She refused to see me and started to talk in a different language once I was disproving her lies. This place is extremely unprofessional, racist, and probably practices illegally. I picked up the business cards for proof and called my insurance immediately to file a complaint. The insurance agent confirmed that all the excuses the clinic gave me were definitely false, which I already knew. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I only needed this about to get a referral to see a REAL DOCTOR. Not this scam of a place and they couldn't even help me do that. Shut the whole place down. Lol
Horrible reception service.
this so called doctor Panah has taken poor service to another level. I swear my mechanic has more people skills than this doctor. bad attitude, disrespectful, doesnt care about patient's time and struggle. I cannot find a word that describes how bad she is.
This doctor is SOOO BAD, it's literally hard to explain. I have NOT seen a more horrible service than "Dr." Panah. She practices something else other than medicine.
This office is a bad place to go seek help . She is very unprofessional, very rude, she doesn't help you out w/your issues. She lacks any doctor capabilities & she is an F+ at best. Worst service I've ever received from a doctor. I wouldn't even recommend this Doctor to my worst enemy.
Short wait times, kind staff, and diagnosed my problem quickly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
