The best dentist I've visited!! Dr. Chiang showed me how to look at the problems with my teeth and took the time to answer all my questions. She was so patient and friendly and I feel so much more knowledgeable about my teeth now!

Dr. Chiang and her team are AMAZING! I hadn't found a dentist in the Bay Area yet after moving here from Florida, and I reached out in the middle of the pandemic with somewhat of an urgent abscess. Dr. Chiang referred me to a specialist and I was able to be seen ASAP. With the incredible help of Dr. Chiang and her team, we were able to fix the issue and I'm now seeing her for regular cleanings, which are easily the best dental cleanings I've ever had. I am a Registered Nurse in a clinic setting and I know how much work goes into caring for each and every patient and making their visit as smooth as possible, and I am beyond impressed with Dr. Chiang's team. I couldn't be happier with my experience so far, and even look forward to my visits. Highly highly recommend

I've been a patient of Dr. Chiang for about two years and I am so happy to have found her! Making an appointment is easy and convenient. The staff always confirm a new appointment with an email to google calendar and they send a reminder in advance. Dr. Chiang's office is super clean and she uses cool new technologies to inform you about any procedures that may need to be done! Her staff are SO friendly and accommodating. During covid they have taken necessary precautions to keep themselves and patients safe, like temp checks, questionnaires before entering the building, sanitation, and keeping safe limits of persons inside. I LOVE my appointments with Dr. Chiang. She is so encouraging to maintain a healthy smile and always checks with you during the appointment to make sure you feel comfortable.During a regular cleaning I asked Dr. Chiang for more information about Invisalign to correct my smile. Dr. Chiang and her staff provided all the information I needed to move forward with my decision to start Invisalign, even during the pandemic! First they checked with my insurance to let me know how much would be covered, then they detailed the entire process. I'm happy to say that I am more than half way through my treatment plan and it's been a success so far! I use the Invisalign app to take pictures of my progress each time I change trays and send them to Dr. Chiang. She easily views the pictures and provides feedback right through the app. She continues to monitor my progress with quick, easy virtual visits, but if I have a pressing question I can call and she always gets back to me right away. I am so impressed with how much care and feedback she can provide even when face to face visits are limited. Thanks Dr. Chiang and staff for helping me keep a healthy smile!

I had my wisdom teeth extraction by Dr. Jennifer Chiang, the whole experience is absolutely amazing. Her local anesthesia was very effective to me and I didn't even feel a thing in the whole surgery. She extracted both of my upper wisdom teeth in one shot and the whole process took less than 20 mins.  Besides her dental skills/techniques, her communication made me very comfortable and greatly reduced the fear/pressure before/during surgery.If you need someone to help you cope with a phobia of dentistry and receive high-quality dental treatment at the same time, she must be on the top-10 list in the south bay.

Been with Dr. Jen for over a year and can still say I am happy and lucky to be in her care. My 2 problem areas are getting better, but I'm still not out of the woods yet. I sometimes wish I had cavities to take advantage of watching a full show while they work on my teeth (kidding). I feel very at home in this office and appreciate Dr. Jen's attitude towards my oral healthcare.

Certainly would choose the doctor again.

Dr. Chiang is so gentle that I never feel pain when I get numbed.  She takes the time to explain everything to you because she likes to make sure you feel comfortable with every step she takes to give you that perfect smile.  Also you always get your X-ray pictures by email  after your dental checkup. The staff is extremely kind and courteous.

I have the greatest respect for Dr. Chiang and her staff.  They are kind, gentle and patient with me.  I have had many bad experiences before coming to Dr. Chiang I am happy that I finally found this dentist.
