Linda Rouel's Online Review Report Card

This place is pathetic. I don't even know how they call themselves a family practice. Dr Linda Rouel is so rude. Her way of speaking to patients is so unprofessional. She doesn't respect appointment times, her staff shows up late. The most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to in my life. I should have known not to come here based on all the low reviews. Stay away from this place!

We have a bad experience with the Dr office they’re not respectful and messing up the appointment times not following up with the lab result or any urgent issue , today we have an appointment at 12:00 and we have this appointment for more than a 3 weeks then we received a call from the office to shift the time to 5 but we have another appointment at that time then they said ok we will shift the time to 2:00 and it is a phone call !! we waiting until 3:00 but no one call then we call the office and they said we told you the Dr had something to do and can not call you but the true it’s not , they are not honest and we call the insurance and change the Doctor.

How can this place call themselves a doctors office, it's a joke! No one knows what's going on or is knowledgeable in sending referrals or just simple communication and paperwork.Save yourself a headache and stay away.

Do not waste your time here. The front office is very unprofessional and impatient. My mother had a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Rouel at noon and we did not get a call until 12:38... and it was the front office not the doctor. The front office did not know how to open .pdf files when sending over registration paperwork. Different team members repeatedly asked for the same documents for registration and had us walk through sending all 15 pages in different formats until they got one they could open, which took another 45 minutes. I'm very tech savvy so there is no way an elderly person would have been able to pass that test. They let us know that they would call back sometime later today and did not specify when. I kept my cool and just trusted that the next call would be from the doctor and we would be closer to getting a referral so my mom could get a mammogram. Fast forward 2 hours and they call me back to let me know that my moms insurance was assigned to her Husband (a different Dr. Rouel) and that we essentially had been referred to the wrong doctor. This would have been great to understand before we spent all the time on the phone with the rude front office team or, even better, before we made arrangements to be available for the appointment. If I could give zero stars, I would. Shame on this team for disrespecting other people's time in such a way.

She didn't deserve even one star the front desk office unprofessional for lab result they may forgot you forever unless you call them the doctor has no idea about her patient condition don't bother yourself even go there or get an appointment

Very professional, knowledgeable and cares for her patients.

Dr. Linda is an amazing person... she listens and understands the patient’s needs and straight forward to the point, she is professional and genius.

I called the main number, mind you I've had the doctors office assigned to me two Plus years ago, have not called me back after I left a voicemail week or two ago, woman by the name of Rasha, very rude And hung up on me, they are not accepting new patients although they are my assigned health care office for well over two years ( they see my family / not anymore. If this is they kind of servie they provide them I'm better off not going to them. Again very rude office person.

Dr. Linda Rouel is very amazing my family has been her patients Since she moved down to San Diego. She is very professional caring and compassionate about her patients. Many times she has given me her personal number to get urgent help for my sick dad. Thank you Linda and her office staff is amazing, many times the pharmacy says they're not replying to refilling however, when I call the office they haven't received them.. they take care of it right after that.

Do not ever go to this place. People are verg unprofessional like they would fight and argue with you if they could. Doctor is very rude and unprofessional. Workers are the same. They do not help people who are really in need. All they care about is the money. If i could put no star on the rating i would. Maybe negative for their negative attitudes.
