I have called over 15 times and no one has picked up or called me back about my issue. Even with other family members, they would have to wait 3 days or more to even hear a call back about their problem. Bad issue, please fix, very frustrating for everyone.

I am a first time patient, I had my initial appointment and it went well. HOWEVER, after the first appointment.. don't expect to hear back from them regardless how urgent it is. I have called more than 10 times, left 3 voicemails over 3 weeks and nobody has returned my call. Ciara was the original front desk woman that initially helped. It's really a shame. If you can't call your patients back, why keep accepting new ones?

I've been seeing Dr. Azam for more than three years now. He is so understanding and gives all the time to his patient like if he has no one else on his schedule. He listens with care and he's so informed on how to communicate and support his patient. Also, he has an amazing staff. I am very satisfied with their service.

Doctor Muhammad Azam is always caring, friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service. I have always been able to talk to him and get my problems resolved. Going to dr Azam’s office is like dealing with trusted family. I am so grateful that we have this quality provider in El Cajon, CA.

I highly recommend this practice. I left my prior Doctor after being with him for 10 years. My appointment was with Dr. Jacob Bolz. From the moment we met I knew I would be treated fairly, with respect, knowledge and understanding by Dr. Bolz. Doctor took his time to listen and review the hospital reports. When I explained my pain Dr Bolz said he wasn't surprised and told me Ineeded surgery and gave me a recommendation. Surgery when my Doctor of 10 years said physical Therapy. I have been seeing Dr Azam since he became I doctor I guess. He has been very accommodating when I need him, and his staff is very friendly and helpful. He always asks how I am doing, and remembers the problems I have or had in the past and checks if things has changed and if I need anything.

I have been going to Dr. Azam going on 30 years now. I have never got less then the best care I could ever get from a family Dr. Very personable and attentive to all of my concerns and issues over that period of time. From regular Physicals to just about everything you can think about that we all come up with in our lives. I would never want to or ever plan to ever see a different Primary Care Dr. for the rest of my life.
