I gave the one star because it's the lowest option available and I have to choose. She is the most careless doctor when it comes to the health of her patients and important medications refills. It's been more than a month that my mom has not received her insulin because she has not approved her refill and I think she is not going to approve it. She has no idea about my mom's health, and my mom requires a lot of care because she's been diabetic for over 20 years in addition to many other problems
