I have been coming here since 2001 due to injuries or therapy after surgery. The staff here are Awesomely caring and know their stuff😁Randy is my Therapist and I Appreciate all he is helping me, with my Knee, neck and shoulders.I Would HIGHLY Recommend The PRN Crew on Greenfield in El Cajon. They Are #1 in my Eyes!

I’ve been going here for a few months now and have to say I really enjoy it. Their team is very welcoming and helpful. They’re like a family and treat their clients the same way. I’m glad I found this studio and am thankful for all the knowledge they’ve shared.

excellent folks here, identified the root cause and got me back to hiking and jogging. i had been told elsewhere that i should never run again. 💯

BEWARE!! DON'T go to PRN!!I went here because of the good reviews I saw here. Unfortunately, I now question the accuracy of them....I usually don't write reviews but I thought it appropriate because of a bad experience yesterday. I was scheduled for an hour appointment with a prescription for "aggressive physical therapy" from my doctor. I was sent away with some print outs after 10 minutes or less. There seemed to be a real focus to get me out of the office than perform Physical Therapy. The work they had me perform didn't seem appropriate for my condition. There seemed to be a focus on the leg and back instead of the ankle. Which is not the issue or the problem. The stretches and exercises don't seem to do anything and seem to be more designed for someone twice my age and not someone with my healthy physical condition. Definitely NOT aggressive as the Orthopedic doctor prescribed. I generally felt they didn't seem to understand what I was coming in for or reluctantly to do the right therapy. Even after I questioned it and tried to explain again and again....I called multiple times questioning my visit and treatment and I got a response today apologizing that they didn't customize the treatment for what I'm coming in for..?? They refused to discus the short appointment or offer a resolution or refund for not using the full time as prescribed. Or offer REAL treatment for my purpose of coming in. I feel extremely disappointed and feel I'm being robbed of my money when I pay for 1 hour and only get 8-10 minute treatment. I get more from YouTube and web MD and through my doctors office than at PRN. I also feel my situation for recovery isn't happening as prescribed, since It's not focused on the right body parts and that they aren't doing work to really help me progress and regain mobility in the right way. I'm actually better off doing WebMD and YouTube exercises than the incorrect ones they do for the wrong therapy.I DON'T recommend anyone to go there!! And since they haven't done anything resolve this or help me along with REAL customized care. You would be better going anywhere but here...

Great group of people to work with. Most of the employees are warm and welcoming, but if one isn’t your cup of tea, don’t be afraid to ask for another therapist. They are super helpful and understanding. The receptionist is the best!

Best physical therapy clinic in San Diego! Rob has fixed me several times. Very friendly front desk and other staff. Everyone is super helpful.

Excellent work by Joanne the aquatic therapist and the physical therapy staff has helped my wife.

What a caring, helpful and amazing group! From the friendly greeting when you walk in the door to PT's who are very professional and always willing to learn about treatments for more rare conditions. They've been a lifesaver for me!

All the staff are very knowledgeable and provide genuine care for their patients. I am glad I found this place. My physical therapist gave me advice on workouts and coached me on lifestyle changes to help avoid issues moving forward. I'm excited for our recovery plan.
