WORST PLACE EVER! IF YOU NEED MEDICAL CARE, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I HAD TO GIVE A STAR IN ORDER TO POST BUT THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THAT. You won't be seen by a doctor, only a physician's assistant. They don't return phone calls. When you reach a person, they put you on hold and never come back on the line. My wife had lab tests over 2 weeks ago and she still can't get info from them on results. What kind of medical office does that? (Yes, test results are at their office and they do have our correct phone number.) Very frustrating especially when you're ill.

Worst doctors office I've ever been to. Horrible service. Did not help me with anything, do not answer their phones, leave you on hold for over 30 minutes, don't get back to to you if you leave voice messages, didn't even put in my prescription as they said they would and "shockingly" won't answer the phone when I'm trying to get it resolved. Trying this doctors office was the biggest waste of time.

I am one of the family memebers who takes my 97 year old aunt to the doctor, Dr. Spiering. I am very pleased with the care she receives! I have also become a patient of his.

Dr Spiering, Dr Allen and the whole office team are amazing. They’re great at getting you in to be seen as soon as they can.

Worst doctor anyone can ever chose.. Ive had nothing but issues with this doctor since i chose him as my primary doctor.. Delays all documentation and all he does during visits it put you on medication without trying to get you the right care. During one of my visits i found out that my documentation i had left to be filled out over a week ago which was very important and time sensitive was lost and i had to provide another copy. Eventually he declined to fill out my documentation and i am now fighting to keep my job of 8+ years… I wish 0 stars was an option..

New job, new heath insurance and new PCP. I called to make an appointment with this provider on 7/20/22, appointment scheduled on 8/24/22 (Seriously?). Ran out of a maintenance medication I can't be off of for more than 3 days. Called office on 8/1/22, spoke to Marisol to ask if it could be filed. 6 hours later I was told no, not until after you've seen Dr. Spiering or you can call your past specialist. Explained that I did that, different insurance and I hadn't seen him since my new job. Then Marisol stated there was nothing she could do. Told her to cancel my appointment, that I would find a PCP that believed in patient care, she said go ahead and I hung up. Is this the kind of physician you want to go to? Anyone could find better, looking now.

Spiering may be a decent doctor, I only saw him a few times, but if you have any significant medical issue (in my case a serious knee injury) forget about any concern or expediency. I have been dealing with, what I now know to be multiple tears in my miniscus, for almost 2 months. I have been lied to by their referral staff, had referrals slow-walked or not even submitted for days (when they could have been done via the electronic IPA Network in minutes) and been charged full price for an office visit that lasted less than 5 minutes with an assistant of Spiering's. I'm generally not one to complain (and I definitely don't do reviews) but this has been the most horrendous healthcare I have ever received. If you don't mind being lied to or have no issues with severe stabbing pain in your knee with every step, shooting pain when you roll over in bed or just don't care to live a normal walking upright life, then this is the place to go.

I've been taking my mom here for quite some time. Both PA's and Dr have been very accommodating and helpful.
