Dr Jennifer Chiang is AWESOME!! I've never had to see a dermatologist before but I was certainly blessed by having Dr Chiang as my first experience... She was kind, considerate and caring, which is more than I can say for most doctors these days. She took her time, thoroughly explained everything, including what I would experience in the following days/week. Went for follow up, all clear! ALSO: Front Office staff AND Back Staff were excellent as well!! No more than a 10 minute wait! I don't know when the last time that happened to me!!

Dr. U IS THE BEST DERMATOLOGIST OUT THERE!!!! Second to NONE! I recommend his to EVERYONE , if you’re not seeing Dr. U, you’re missing out on the BEST!!!!!

Dr. Celano is knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate about my skin condition. I look forward to each visit, knowing that he will do his best for me with a pleasant demeanor, answer all my questions, and give me clear and concise instructions. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a top-notch dermatologist.

So not only do you have to wait months to get an appointment but you also can't trust the receptionist who makes the appointments. I waited 3 months for my appointment and was scheduled a 8am and when I got here the lady changed my appointment time without telling me and now have to come back at a much much later time, even tho she clearly asked me what time of the day works best. I said morning and she said they had an availability time at 8 so I come in at that time after 3 months of waiting just to be told my appointment is much much later in the day. That i don't have time for. To reschedule is to wait 3 more months. This place is garbage

Huge shout out to Linda - sissy- and the real MVP DR MF. V! He did a wonderful job on my cyst removal That was growing on my cheek. And out of all the ways he could’ve sliced it he sliced it to wear it basically just looks like a smile line! Forever grateful for you! And lalala LINDA! Thank you so much for taking care of me. All of you were so great.

Every visit we are on the verge of walking out before being seen, this visit the moved our surgery appt back 3 hrs without ever speaking to us. Waits over 45 minutes each time. Can’t report on the doctors yet.
