No major side effects and gives you peace of mind that it's a local business you can go to if you have questions or concerns. Twenty five pounds down and counting in less than 2 months! I want to thank the staff at SD medical clinic because of this place my husband and I are able to save our marriage. some people understand & some people may not but, because of this medication that works instantly i will add And with no side effects except for the only one that we’re trying to achieve …. am now a satisfied woman !!
