This doc sent me home with a blank name/address/dob on a prescription after my hospital stay. I live about 2 hours away from any hospital and was stuck without medicine. This was a very serious condition and a complete lack of competence on his part. He has a number listed on the prescription, but it turns out it is the number of the company that prints the prescriptions! If you ever have this doctor I would double/triple check anything he ever tells you with another doctor or specialist. He doesn't seem to have much knowledge on any question I asked; even some basic questions I already knew the answer to. The most serious offense though is the lack of filling out a proper prescription which is VERY serious and could have been life threatening especially for someone who lives so far from a hospital. FYI you have 2 steps for this, attempt to contact him through his on-call service (seems fruitless so far) or go back to the ER no matter where it is.
