Wasim Mansour's Online Review Report Card

I wish I could say I had a great experience with Dr. Mansour like all these other reviews but I didn't. When you can actually get a hold of Dr. Mansour/his office staff, they do a wonderful job of pretending to care. They're very nice for sure. However, every single time I have ever called this office, no one answers. I had to leave voicemails and wait to hear back from a member of Dr. Mansour's staff, something which could take several days. I needed a decent referral for a specialist. One that is somewhat close to me, has decent patient reviews, and doesn't just do injections. I made this very clear to Dr. Mansour and his staff. This shouldn't be hard to do in 2022. And yet, the good doctor and his office referred me to 2 absolute dumps with terrible reviews (the 2nd one was over an hour away from me) that they would never go to themselves, and nor would they refer someone they actually cared about to these places. I left 3 voicemails over 2 weeks about this. Dr. Mansour and his office blatantly ignored me and my voicemails. This is called negligence, but they don't care. I called one final time and left one final voicemail expressing my frustrations with the exceedingly poor treatment I had received so far and that I will no longer be a patient there, and it was only then that someone from the doctor's office deigned to call me back (within an hour, after ignoring me for 2 weeks), with some lame nonsense "please call back just saw your message." Yea alright. Sure you did. I can't help but wonder if this doctors good reviews were paid for or if these people just have exceptionally low standards and expectations, but I don't need a doctor who never answers the phone, doesn't return voicemails, and provides subpar, awful referrals that they know they would never go to or send someone they actually care about to. I gave this office a chance and I was treated poorly, I do not recommend bringing your business to this doctor.

Dr Wasseem he’s an excellent doctor very talented doctor. he always look after my parents and treat them like they are his family. Thank you very much for the great work and God bless you and your family.

Best doctor in SD. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He listens, cares, and provides excellent medical care. I highly recommend this physician. The facility is clean. Staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to make everything flow as it should.

Waste of online appt. Been in severe pain for 2 days straight, he spent 2 minutes on video told me to take ibuprofen or go to urgent care. Complete waste of visit

I am very pleased with Dr. Mansour’s attention to detail and bedside manner. He just seems to care about his patients. Grateful to have such a wonderful family doctor.

Dr. Mansour is an excellent doctor. He has been my primary care provider for over 3 years by now. He always make me feel very comfortable, his staff are very helpful. Most importantly he is very knowledgeable. He will treat you right and direct you to the next step.

Had a doctors appointment with Dr. Mansour via LiveHealth online because I was Not able to visit my primary provider. He told me to take over the counter medicine for my upper respiratory infection. Today I was able to get an appointment with my primary. I was Diagnosed with acute sinusitis, bronchitis, and my asthma has flared up. I feel like he did not listen to my symptoms at all. My asthma would have not flared up due to my infection if he had listened. He recommended a nasal spray and a neti pot along with Mucinex. As someone who has had these symptoms previously, I felt that his diagnosis was equally important as drinking more water.

I can't say enough bout Dr. Mansour. I broke my ankle while playing soccer. I didn't have really a good insurance. First, he took care of me immediately and placed a posterior splint to stabilize the fracture. Then, he literally spends hours on the phone to find me an orthopedic the accept my insurance. His staff were awesome. I never seen a doctor who really take care of his patients this way. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend him to any one who needs the best care.

I have had my share of Doctors over the last. 9years, dealing with some of their attitudes and so forth getting bounce from one dr. to another at alot of these clinics. By the time you get familiars with one dr. you have to repeat. It all over again its kinda nice just going to the same primary time after time I really like Dr Wasim monsour alot he shows he somewhat cares.
