this has got to be the worst experience i’ve ever had. every single time i come in the office seems to be closed even on the time they’re supposed to be open. if you’re looking at this place to do your immigration Medical exam i suggest that you look elsewhere and save yourself the headache. my form was incomplete and after waiting 1 whole month from uscis just to tell me it was incomplete now i been trying to get a new one from them for the last 3 days office is closed every single time. why even have an office if you’re only going to have it closed they need some professional staff members and perhaps and better work ethic. i’m writing this review while waiting in the parking lot and seeing at least 15 people so far walk away thinking this place was supposed to be open. get it together guys !

This is the worst place ever! They never take your calls.. unreliable reports.. the doctor doesn’t know much or know how to deal with you.. he takes only cash for some reason.. just feels like a big scam operation.. save your money!

The person claiming "horrible" for Dr Li and/or this office obviously has some attitude problem, probably a spoiled entitled person. I have never had a bad experience even remotely close to that described with Dr Li or this office. Dr Li is the most patient and explanatory doc I've ever had, thru many surgeries and other procedures.

Save yourself and your money from going here. I would really like a way to verify if this Dr is fit to run this clinic. Sure doesn’t seem like it. He doesn’t show any care or concern. This goes for everyone since the main goal of this Dr and his receptionists is get you to leave as soon as possible and this is very obvious. The main goal of any clinic should be to help with your health concerns. This place is milking Medical and Medicare for sure.

Horrible! The office appointment was okay. However, trying to get a refill on my medication has been a nightmare, and trying to get a response from her or her office is also a nightmare. I requested the doctor call me back and her assistant called instead. And they response I got at one point was I talked to the doctor about that, she didn't respond to me. How is that any kind of answer a patient should ever hear?

Outstanding and very professional. Dr. Xiangli Li spent a great amount of time with me. I have never had a Dr go over everything about my health concerns and she answered all my questions. I highly recommend her as a primary care physician. Awesome!!!!
