I had a great visit today with Acuity Eye Group. First, they reminded me of my yearly appt. Then they still worked me in, although I had not replied soon enough that I was going to make my appt. They saw me on time anyway. The Doctor was thorough, helpful, kind, and efficient. The assistant was the same! I had an eye exam and contact fitting. I love my new contacts that they allowed me to try for a month, before making my order! I also got a pair of glasses for distance, and one for reading at a great price for both pair! The administrative asst. Came to let me know ahead of time that my bill would be a certain amount for my examination and care, just to make sure I'd be okay with the cost, since I was paying out of pocket. All in all, everyone was so pleasant and helpful! I'll keep going to Acuity!

Rude! The “computer” will schedule an appointment for you but don’t worry and don’t be 5-10 minutes early, because they won’t be open.Tries to speak down to you.Lies about leaving messages.Has zero concept of Customer Service.The VA definitely should not be out sourcing to them.

Everything was very professional, from the receptionist to the Dr. I received a very warm welcome with a smile. My waiting time was very short. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional.

This group of professionals is very good. They’re efficient, friendly, take their time with their patients, plus they’re competent. The waiting room is quite spacious and kid friendly, which I think is nice for the little ones and their parents, too. The place has plenty of parking, everything is clean and organized in the office area. I always enjoy my eye doctor appointments. Dr. Mancilla and Robin, the optician, are consummate professionals.
