Not only do they not have a seperate rooms for sick children and well children but I couldn't get my sick micro preemie baby in to be seen after numerous attempts and they told me they would call me back and never did. Needless to say I changed my primary and was seen immediately...... 2 YEARS LATER....Looking back at this post I realize exactly why I wrote it. Still nothing has changed with this office since COVID. Still no seperate room for sick children. No making sure people are not sick before entering. Literally saw a woman walk in with her child vomiting everywhere and they placed her with everyone else. Not to mention the staff is AWFUL and is obviously there just for a pay check and care little about actually helping patients. Tried going back to this office since resources are scarce here. They referred my son to a specialist and my daughter also with little to no explanation as to why. Complete COLD transfer of my case. With no guidance or empathy for my autistic micro preemie son. I left the office in tears because they made it so difficult for me to even be seen and didn't care about my son's specials need. If you have a child with any type of special needs or immune compromising disorder DONT go there. After taking my kids in to get vaccines, we all got COVID from this office and had to be quarantined for weeks. If I could give negative stars I would. I am actively seeking out better pediatricians near Brawley. That's another thing. They claim to have a pediatrics office here in Brawley but when you call that office to schedule an appointment they fail to tell you that they actually schedule it for the El Centro office and I literally went to the Brawley office with my special needs child just to be told to drive across town with him because they don't see kids at that office and they scheduled him to the other one. I don't know why it would say otherwise on the internet but no body at this office cares to explain anything to anyone. I am not from this town and heaven forbid i was foreign or elderly or had awful health literacy I wouldve just stayed sick and probably died having to deal with these people. It's really discouraging and honestly this county needs WAY better health coordination!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially Dr Shareefs office and his workers.

Dr. Alshareef (El-Haj) is not just a great doctor but a wonderful person. He is such a caring and loving person and if I live around I will definitely take all my kids to see him. Very proud of him and his practice. Way to go

Terrible staffing- literally told me they purposely overbook patients - being seen over an hour after your scheduled appointment is extremely unprofessional and hurts everyone in the end

I love the doctor in this facility but the staff all needs to be replaced. Starting with the office manager!! I called two days ago because my infant was exposed to chicken pox. I was informed the doctor was out in the hospital assisting another patient. Completely understand that. I was informed he would send me a link to a video call when he returned that was 9 am on friday. Well it's now Monday and I'm just getting a call for a video call. No call back Friday to tell me they weren't able to see me over video that day and they had to make my daughter an appointment nothing. So I'm already annoyed. I ask to talk to the office manager because I feel like this needs to be addressed and she answers her phone "hello" no name no nothing just hello and I ask if this is the office manager and she goes "mmhm" so I'm like is this the office manager and she says yes it is. I ask if that's how she answers her phone everytime and I got nothing but attitude back. I had no idea who I was talking to untill I asked no introduction was made. I just hung up I can't deal with the unprofessionalism that I had to endure. Needless to say I'll be looking for another office to take my two kids to. I wish medical professionals here were more like San Diego they might actually get patients.

I've been coming to this office for 5 years. Both of my kids love the providers and the staff! Excellent customer service, always super nice to the kids. Highly recommend.

Love the staff, there always happy and real helpful, the referral coordinator is awesome! She works really fast and so helpful.

Excellent doctor, wait time varies, but typically aren’t as long as I’ve experienced from others (I.e. loo, kapoor, and clinica de salud.) staff is always professional and courteous. (as I’ve experienced from others) A doctor with the right staff makes every visit as comfortable and fast as can be. Plus, my prescriptions are always sent immediately to the preferred pharmacy :)

Favorite pediatrics office ever! Staff is friendly and amazing, never have had anyone treat us with an attitude as other places have. My child absolutely loves the waiting room. Doctors are very attentive, great listeners and answer any question you might have. Waiting times are not long! That’s a plus. Been going to Dr. A since 2018 and will continue taking my next child with him as well. Can’t wait for my newborn to get shots from our favorite staff Kayla Q. Makes it look so easy and has the best hand! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

Great Doctors

One of the best pediatricians in the valley, the staff is great and quick. The receptionist are soooooooo nice and super welcoming and explain everything so well! The wait times are never long, i highly recommend this doctor!!!
