They take hours to call u in my poor mothers back was hurting from sitting there for 2 hrs and 40 min for her appointment at 1 and got seen till 3 40 secretary's are very lazy and blame the system went down all the time dont waist ur time recommend u to look for a better doctor for urself or ur parents .

Find another clinic. It will save you a lot of frustrations. Appointments does not have any meaning for this clinic, to include phone appointments. Yes! They’ll make you wait forever then rush you through skipping all evals a doctor is expected to conduct during a patient visit. This place should be closed down for good.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robles for approximately 6 years. I am very pleased with his prescribed care and I feel he has done an excellent job. He also has a good sense of humor.

Disrespectful, rude, always on his phone instead of listening to patients, I don't recommend this doctor.

Don’t be fooled by all these bad reviews on Dr. Robles he has been treating my father in law at PMH currently and he is the best doctor this place has, his professionalism and superb listening skills makes you feel so much better. We have never encountered a doctor like this in this hospital, other Doctors here need to learn a thing or two from Dr. Robles.

I had 10 a.m. doctor appointment and was on time and signed in, but I had to wait six (6) hours because (a) ALL patients were scheduled to have appointment at 10 a.m. (I was NOT the ONLY patient who had 10 a.m. appointment), and (b) the office seemed to forget about me and my appointment, and (c) the office clerk/staff didn't care about my complaint. After 6 hours of waiting, I finally saw the doctor who rushed and made the visit short to less than five (5) minutes. You don't have to believe a word I say here, but then you'll need to make appointment to find out how many other patients will be scheduled to have the same appointment that you have, and then you'll experience the long wait. In other words, in this doctor's office, you're treated just like a cow/cattle in a factory farm.

Before this incident, I've had to wait from 60-90 minutes to be seen with an appointment. Unfortunately, this last time they went overboard. My appointment was rescheduled twice and the day I was scheduled to finally go in, they had me wait over 3 hours. I sincerely like the way Dr. Robles explains results and answers all of my questions, but three hours is just too much for an "appointment". It is very unprofessional to go in for an appointment, and for them to tell you they haven't requested your test results (which they should have had since before they rescheduled your first appointment), and only to forget again while you patiently wait. I didn't like the fact that I had to remind them, since they seemed to had forgotten about me. As professionals they should have had everything set before hand, and know what their patients need to better assist them. We will definitely look into changing to a new primary Doctor, because they made me feel like they think it's normal to make patients wait this long and in such an unprofessional way. I felt very disappointed. He's a great Doctor, but the clinic needs better time management techniques to better serve their patients.
