I talk to the answering service more than I talk to the office. And when I do they schedule appointments to far away from the initial day of the call. My senior mother has had a persistent cough. Medical Assistant called to chart she said the provider would call back and the provider never called back. They usually call when they feel like it sometimes a day later from the scheduled appointment. They don’t don’t value patients times or schedules. I’m so frustrated with them and sad to see their office start lacking the patient service they once had. Word of advice get a call center or an extra provider.

They never answer the phone, and apparently the Dr.is never there well at least every time I have been there which is 4 times already. And in those 4 times I have had absolutely nothing done.

My family received excellent health care with Dr Zadeh and Jessica Ruiz.They are knowledgeable doctors and provide a friendly office atmosphere .

My rating is a result of lengthy waiting time for appointments and lack of staff work ethic. My mother is 88 and waits in the Doctor’s office 2-4 hours. On one ocasión she waited close to 4 hours to be monitored by a particular machine that they didn’t have? Another time she waited 2 hours before she was told the doctor wasn’t going to be in?? Lastly, on a recent visit a prescription was allegedly called in for her medication that was never submitted to the Pharmacy. Since the Doctor’s office was now closed she had to wait for the next day. I called first thing in the morning to the Doctor’s office where I come to find out I the prescription was never submitted to the pharmacy. The women on the phone advise she would forward the prescription. After 2 1/2 hours I’m at the Pharmacy and found out the prescription wasn’t sent again?? I placed another call to the Doctor’s office where the prescription was finally sent to the Pharmacy. These are only a few of the cases and is not a isolated incident. When there a sick 88 year old women the staff need to be vigilant due to the severity consequences of untimely treatment of the elderly. Although my mother is happy with the Doctor I was compelled to write this so hopefully the necessary corrections can be addressed.

I’ve never had a poor experience here. I hate going to any Dr. in the first place but look forward to visiting with the friendly staff here. Usually in and out within an hour.

Terrible, terrible at answering phone calls. I need a medical test done that is time sensitive and I called the office 8 times where three times they hung up on me. I know the medical office is busy but what terrible patient services you have. I love my medical professional I see but with the day or phone calls I have had to make, I am considering changing my provider.

My family has been going to Dr. Zadeh for a year and a half. He is the most caring and professional doctor we’ve ever met. His diagnosis and treatment recommendations have been spot on. I’ve referred many of my friends to him and they’re all happy with him. Great job Doc!

Horrible service, they dont respect appointments I had to wait for an hour because they decided to have a meeting while everyone waited outside to be seen. Then the receptionist went out just to told us we need to reschedule.

Worst place to go to first off scheduling is ridiculous on hold for almost 2 hours and then they hang up lady in the front desk is super unprofessional asked idf she could run my insurance so i wouldnt waste my drive from palm springs to be denoed and yup was denied then they charge a 75 dollar fee if canceling your appoinmemt also no children allowed stupid staff

Best Doctor Visit Ever! Took the time to explain all test results with me & give me recommendations on health care for the future. Very professional & thorough Doctors Clinic & Staff ! Awesome Experience !
