I love the other physician they have but the rest of the stuff is not the best and the are terrible with taking care of refferrals.

I am an employee myself in a healthcare, but I have never encountered anyone that is bad-mannered front desk than these people. I am sure they know their job, but they don't know the meaning of the word courtesy...so disappointed. Save your time, and do not go in this facility..

Dr. Sampat seems to be a good doctor, but her staff is so rude to the patience and towards the doctor. Making faces as the doctor walks aways. Slamming the door to not hear the doctor speak. Made me feel so uncomfortable. Waited for two hours. Staff seemed very unprofessional and unorganized.

It is a good place to receive medical attention, the personal is profesional, works very accurate on their diagnosis, they give you the best traiment for you medical condition, also the place is clean and higienic.

Doctor Sampat seams good. But her staff is rude and annoyed with clients. Had an appointment and seen 2 hours afterwards always seams to be like that there. Called several times to be put on hold then hung up on. No, "can we call you back". This is not a one time event and has been a constant. No cellphone coverage or wifi to pass the 2+ hour sit time.

Dr. Sampat seems to be an okay doctor but the rest of her staff is who seems to an issue. I’ve had bad experiences with her staff. It seems like a simple referral cannot he sent out in a timely manner. When I had my first appointment I asked for a referral to be done to see an allergist and still nothing this was back on 10/31. I have to keep calling them constantly and still nothing is done. I have quite a few things I would like to get done since I used to not have health insurance until now and my insurance requires a referral for specialists which wouldn’t be an issue if they would just get stuff done in a timely manner. I’ve called my insurance and they have told me that as long as they are submitting the referrals that everything should be approved in 3 to 5 days but still I see no progress. The staff seems a bit unsure of themselves when speaking of like they are always second guessing themselves and cannot give you a straight answer with confidence. Just run arounds. Dr. Sampat seems like she cares and she’s a good doctor but she can be very short when talking and sometimes it feels like one cannot finish to state every concern one has during the appointment it all seems rushed.

Dr. Sampat, a gerontologist, is both personable and highly competent.

For the last two weeks my pharmacy and I have tried to contact the doctor to have a prescription refilled but they do not respond. Their phone lines either don't work or they don't answer the phone. When I do talk to someone they assure me it'll be done, but then days go by and nothing happens. I'm close to changing doctors.

Dr explains everything well, makes time to see you. Needs new staff. They give you the run around and don’t do what they’re supposed to do. Dr probably isn’t aware of their lax response. They get to work when you keep calling to speak to the Dr! Ok

I rarely write reviews. Dr. Sampat has been my doctor for the last 3 years. She has managed my health very well. The best part is that she answers all my questions patiently. This is not a doctor for crybabies or for drug addicts who want their prescription refilled without questions. There have been multiple times when I have seen elderly patients come in just to thank her. If you care about your wellness, this is the doctor. If you want a lollipop everytime you visit, find a baby doctor.
