Excel Medicine's Online Review Report Card

I don’t normally leave reviews but I am extremely disappointed in my overall experience here. The follow up from this clinic is non-existent once they got my money. I had a consultation for hair transplant, the doctor recommended a “large case”, most expensive $$$. He said they would do 2000 grafts for my hairline and the crown for $10k. They said it would be all day from 8am until 4-5pm. I show up on time, they give me a sedative, and then tell me the machine is broken. A repair man is over 3 hours away and I can reschedule or wait. So I wait since I took vacation from work to deal with the recovery. They fix the machine and start at noon. They say they can’t get enough grafts to do the full case. They will NOT be doing the crown at all!!! It is what it is I guess I’m not the doctor. After many hours of the transplant portion of the procedure the ladies doing the implants are complaining to the doctor, who mostly was not present, that they are “popping”. These ladies tell me there isn’t a school for what they are doing, they just basically intern and learn. Well, after about 8 hours of this one girl leaves. The other one kept going until 10 pm! Towards the end, they are trying to find places to put the hair, all the while they didn’t do any of the crown. And the other doctor says, I guess we did get 2000 grafts. So I signed up for hairline and crown, only got the hairline and top of the head done. Here I am after 7 months and I don’t see a difference. I believe the hairs “popping” mean the grafts didn’t take. The mass shedding after makes my hair look worse than before. The top of my head and crown you can actually see my scalp where you could not before. The recovery from the donor sight has been brutal. The sides and back of my head still itch. They said we would have follow up visits, but that has never happened. They got my money, didn’t provide the service we agreed to. And the service they did provide is extremely disappointing. I fully regret my decision to give them the business. I should have shopped around.

if this is a hair transplant so its a bullshit he put his add on radio which I called make an appointment few times 1st time they told me doctor is in traffic 2nd time they told me docto went somewhere so many bla bla and cancel my appointment later on I'm trying to reach them no answer so guy's stay away from this kind of business

I am very impressed with my last experience with clinic, and delighted excel medicine is serving our community in El dorado hills. Dr Grewal is very professional and competent, knows his skills very well and has good friendly staff. I highly recommend excel medicine for all services they offer.

I have been doing my Botox there for over one year! I love the location and the staff! I would give 10 stars if that was possible!

I have been a patient in Excel Medicine's concierge medicine program for one year. All of the following IS IN MY OPINION (IMO). There are 2 doctors in this practice. They share the same last name (Singh). To "avoid confusion" one of them (mine) goers by Dr Grewel. That may avoid confusion in the office but if I tell a different doctor or pharmacy my doctor is doctor Grewel, they have no idea. IMO he was the worst doctor I have ever had. In my year there he never took my blood pressure, he never saw me without my shirt on. He did weigh me often. I once gave very specific instructions to refill a med I have been taking for years. He screwed it up but he eventually corrected the problem but it caused undue stress. IMO they are looking to make the "easy cash" by offering Ozempic, wrinkle relaxers, fillers, hair restoration, etc. I have since left their practice with no intention of ever returning.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness and the kindness of the doctor. I look forward to a long, successful time.

Very friendly staff. It was my first experience with Botox and I was pretty nervous . The doctor took time to explain all the steps before and afterward my treatment. I’m looking forward to my results.

Love this place. I saw Dr Prabjit Singh after buying a groupon for Botox and he was exceptional. He did not try to upsell anything and made very genuine recommendations and even advised against some filler. At one point, he even called in Dr Shail Singh to get his thoughts on my 64 year old face. I was extremely happy with his expertise. I am rather critical, as a healthcare provider myself, and Excel Medicine was above and beyond my standards. The office is pleasant, clean and staff was great. I will be returning for further treatments. Thank you!

Second time at the clinic! Two different providers they have been very professional and competent. never have feel like they are selling me a treatment, I have questions about my procedure and they are informative, they have been very happy with my result and the pricing is very fair for treatment. I love that they are not pushy at all! Really appreciate that aspect! Front desk personnel is so nice! Thanks!
