I was a Kaiser member for over 20 years and they became an absolutely terrible place to be treated as time went on. The difference in care at Sutter is absolutely stunning  Caitlyn is extremely welcoming and helpful. The medical doctors and nurses are also genuinely interested in helping you.

They were wonderful. The NP really takes the time to address your concerns and really tries to figure out what it happening.  Great visit!

I found myself in need of medical assistance for some spider bites that were beyond my control and went to El dorado hills Sutter walk-in care. Nurse Practitioner Pam and her Medical Assistant Cecilia greeted me with such kindness and genuine compassion, eager to help in any way they could instead of turning me away to another facility or even worse the ER! 100% the best medical experience I've ever had! Also having the follow up phone calls to check on how the healing is progressing. I'm not spider man yet but I'm ok with that! Sutter walk-in is not just a business vibe. It feels more like family. I'm am so impressed by this clinic. They are organized and on top of it. Jessica Sawyer PA, was outstanding. She took the time to really listen and evaluate me. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would highly, highly recommend this clinic.

Great staff and not displeased at all with the experience with this place once again. Kiana and Sara were super helpful in every way trying to help me with what I needed. Considerate people always seem to work here and I like that about this place. They were super quick in seeing me too!

What an impressive healthcare experience with Sutter Walk-In Care in El Dorado Hills! I made a same-day appointment online (for my hubby) and was able to get appointment in 1-hour...amazing! We were greeted warmly and did not have to wait - check-in staff was courteous and kind, plus the place was pristinely clean! My hubby saw Nurse Practitioner (Pam Visathep) who was very thorough and had extensive expertise in the multiple medical issues challenging my hubby and new symptoms he was experiencing.  She reviewed medications, asked in-depth questions and conducted a comprehensive exam to discover the source of these symptoms. She also showed compassion for my hearing-impaired, tough-as-nails spouse who can be a "reluctant patient"! Thankfully, NP Visathep diagnosed and treated what was ailing him. Soon, we were on our way home - feeling grateful for her exceptional skills as a Nurse Practitioner! Plus, under Medicare the visit was no-charge!  I highly recommend Sutter Walk-In Clinic in EDH and NP Pam Visathep (she's as talented as any MD!).

I was very sick and went into the clinic to be tested for the flu so I could get on tamiflu early if I did test positive. I was so uncomfortable and had a fever. They told me there was 1 patient in front of me so I didn't think it would be too long. I waited for over 1.5 hrs to be seen. Finally I couldn't take it any longer and left. The last thing you want to do when you are that sick is sit and wait for over 1.5 hrs. In addition the staff is very rude. While sitting in the waiting room I overheard them talk about the people that come into this clinic and how rude they are.... those are the people of my community so I felt that was very offensive. Do you not realize you are working in healthcare and you are dealing with sick people who may not be feeling their best and at their friendliest?! Very very bad experience.

The nurse practitioner is rude, unprofessional and condescending. We will not be back. It's such a shame because the location is convenient, it's clean and the rest of the staff is helpful and kind.

I like this place a lot. People here are super caring and know what they're talking about. MR Valeriy was a huge part of  me writing this review as he was professional and helped me with answering questions as I was waiting for my appointment. Very cool dude and Sutter sure is hiring good people seems like!
