I take both my daughters ages 12 months and 3 yrs to the pediatrics since they were born. No regrets never even thought about looking else where. Dr. Cindy Sessions and Dr. Angela Walker are both amazing caring pediatricians. They always great us Im a very friendly manner fill out any paperwork needed and answer all my questions. The nurses are very friendly and get the wait time is very good with an appointment. The place is always clean and up to date.

This review is specifically for CristaBell in Maternity care for Medical at El Monte. During my first visit she was unaware of my background and made racist comments about who is more at risk for certain genetic issues and low vaccination rates. Each attempt I made to contact her over the phone I had to call several times she did not return my voicemails. Once on the phone she was always confused and misunderstood my questions regarding insurance prenatal care and medical records. I have since switched to Kaiser because her ability to provide clear and thorough communication was so low.

I do like the facility here. They are organized and nurses are very friendly and helpful. However the doctors are all in a rush. They rush your appointment as you only have a certain time. I think Alta Med policy is to have the doctors rush you as soon as possible. I always do blood work and come back normal. They just want to charge my insurance. I never get the solutions to my issues. I had to figure out my problem on my own. So whats the point of coming to see a doctor ? Sadly many places are like this now so I dont have any expectations from doctors anymore. Just another job...

Arrived early for my 220 appointment got there 150 checked in paperwork got attended by 235 by nurse into a room her Reg. pediatrician wasnt there had to see a new one. However didnt go into my room to see my child till 310 Are you serious I had to leave work early for her appointment to be later then 220? Me and my child were both starving. We didnt end up leaving till 4pm all cause they made me wait to print out papers for them to tell me 5 min wait to be 20 min wait and then later tell me oh its not working it didnt print out but it should be emailed nothing has been emailed. Horrible. Changing doctors always have to be waiting at this place. No one should wait this long Max 25 mins at doctors place. And when your late they make you wait even longer ?

Waiting for more than 2 hours. Ridiculous A person should not have to wait 25 minutes to get an appointment let alone some papers than can be printed out in 5 minutes Switching doctors

When it comes to grievance complaints they obviously dont give a either because emails get no response nor a courtesy call so that is also just as pointless
