I had telemedicine with their Doctor for my mom due to covid symptoms which previously exposed with my dad who tested positive. This Doctor doesnt even want to listen man and he was so rude. Altamed need to hire more NP’s and PA’s theyre better listener than most of Doctors. I know some of the Doctor’s and PA’s are good in Alta med it just happen this Doctor is not.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DOCTOR IVE EVER SEEN!!!! I made an appointment with Dr Newton a week ago and I was scheduled for 9am today. However, just when I was wondering why I never received any confirmation email or message for my appointment today, they called my at 8:30am, JUST 30 MINUTES RIGHT BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT, and told me that they had to cancel it because Dr Newton had an "emergency". What kind of emergency is that so you have to cancel your patients' appointment? Also the nurse who called me couldn’t even speak English. I couldn’t even understand what she was saying. She was just repeating “hello hello” on the phone. Can you please find someone who can actually speak English to call your patients lol?

New patient check-in was easy. Came to urgent care after work and it was clean and not crowded. Front office staff was welcoming and informative.
