No body at this location cares, or has enough skill to do their job. They charge you and give you no treatment. They don’t even know how to retrieve X-rays. They never call or leave messages or perform any follow ups. This place should really be shut down. Complete rip off.No surprise this place only has 1.5 stars.

Made an appt and the staff told me I have to wait an hr for the doctor and that the doctor that they have can't specialize in what I made the appt for... Then why make the appt if your doctor's can't help out with what I need. What a waste of my time.

They are very good at giving appointments same day. The wait is not very long. They are nice! They make sure you get all the lab work needed and when it’s most convenient for me. Been a patient at these location for over 5 years. They’ve changed their name and doctor since then but I like the service. It’s a bit of drive for me but it worth it!

I attended this clinic for my first trimester of prenatal care. The first couple of visits everything was fine. When I showed up for my next appointment the receptionist said my appointment had been canceled and she had spoken to me that morning. I never received a call. After telling her I never received a call about 5 different girls that work there started saying “ Yes we did call you that’s your number and it’s confirmed that we called it and spoke to you”. They should have accepted it was a mistake on their behalf of not calling me to cancel my appointment instead of lieing to me. I would have understood and rescheduled.They are so rude and unprofessional. I will not continue my prenatal care there.

I've been coming in to central city community health clinic in elmonte and the staff is really nice it been 6 years I've come to this clinic I recently moved to Pomona and I drive to this clinic for my care and my girls visits I go in as walking the wait isn't to long my daughter gena feels happy with the staff they send in approvals to the specialist and it's quick I really think the staff is great

Love this clinic so much! Jennifer (front desk lady) has been so helpful since day 1 when I was 5 month pregnant . She helped moved from my old clinic to this one within minutes, and got me to see a Dr. As soon as possible! She's so amazing! Everytime I have a question she always has an answer for me! Also, the staffs are so nice & wonderful. They made me feel so welcomed when I got my first check up and quickly remembered my name when I would come in for my appointments . They even remember my baby's name. So happy I moved here. Thank you so much Jennifer for helping me with everything and still continuing to do so, we need more people like you .Always smiling and ready to help out & thank you too, to the fantastic team of staffs . You guys are the BEST -- Karina and Erick
