I took my mother-in-law here several times before and never had an issue. Today, we were 5 minutes late when we walked into the office. There was no one at the front desk and the doctor was still seeing a previous patient. We waited for a good 20 minutes in the waiting room and the receptionist shows up. The receptionist said that because we were 5 minutes late, the appointment was cancelled. Hence, she walked out of the office. Im sure if you go to other medical offices, they will not cancel your appointment and then have no one at the front desk. Without apologizing or anything, she said we had to return in another 2 hours or so. When we came back, we made sure to come 5 mintues earlier. We arrived and we had to wait about 30 minutes to see the doctor. So why is it Ok for the doctor to be late to see the patients but not the other way around when we were just late for 5 minutes? The place wasnt even busy. Ridiculus!

There are 2 different front desk stafffs I have met. The one who works on the Jan 7, 2019 was really really bad, unprofessional and rude. She left the office during working hours around 10 am personally. We have been waiting at the front desk for more than 15 minutes and no one served at all. When she came back she didn't apologize to make us wait for that long and even given us bad attitude. As this is a professional medical office, I can't believe the staff who could wear casual clothes and kept eating snacks at the front desk with bad attitude to the customer. Again, I can't believe Chap care, a professional medical service would hire a staff like this. All I can say is this staff is a shame.

So glad to be the first one to review this shitty place. My dad came here a couple months ago and the ladies in the front were extremely rude to him and he decided to just leave. Also why would you charge $100+ for a consultation? And not only that the lady said depending on what you have lol a consultation is a consultation so I should know how much I have to pay before getting checked out. Get new girls to work in the front or tell them to at least act like they like their job. Don't come here, go to Morelia Medical Clinic! They will help you out and are so nice to you.
