I love the staff there are very nice makes you feel like you are home and especially the physicians assistant named James Quineones

Overall visit for my kid's dental appointment was great. It was swift and easy, staffs and doctor are very helpful.

Unsatisfied with the outcome we requested Pzfier Viccine for my husband we told RUDE DISRESPECTFUL RECEPTIONIST assuming she will let Nurses know we wanted Pzfier. She didn't the receptionist confirmed it's not her responsibility to communicate what type of Viccine patients request or want to Nurses. If patients don't say anything they automatically of course put Moderna viccine. Unbelievable I am dissapointing and I hope this doesn't happen to any other patients. Make sure you tell the nurse the specific Viccine you want. The Nurses that put on the viccine

I went today and had the worse experience ever, staff are so rude and have horrible attitudes. Don’t get me started with the receptionist, not friendly at all !!! Do not come here!! I will not be returning ever again.

ChapCare Peck is the best. We like Dr. Quinones James very much. He is very patient and always gives detailed instruction on how to take care of my child. We have been with Dr. Quinones for over 5 years. We are very pleased with his services.

My experience at Chap PECK was almost a DELIGHTFUL one. I say ALMOST, because i hate the idea of that highly uncomfortable Covid test, with that stick up your nose - ughhh.. just thinking of it makes me uncomfortable, however, the gentleman that provided service for me today was very patient, kind and eased the process with his professionalism and reassuring lead. I wish i had gotten his name. He was freindly and provided service with a genuine concern and regard for a patients well being, lending a personal experience and a sense of value. A Very important factor in health care. Now Ms. Yasmin Colon, SHE was one of the moat lovely, professional, kind and caring providers ive ever incountered. She took time to ask, listen and consulted me with her full attention and not once looked at her watch, seemed preoccupied or rushed during the entire time she visited with me. She went above and beyond her call in making sure i had all questions answered, had resources lined up for testing results and assisted me in updating my account to access medical records. She even addressed my health issues beyond the reason of this particular visit. She was very personable. A true example of an ideal medical professional and provider that genuinely cares for her patients. I highly recommend CHAP - PECK (El Monte) to everyone. Front desk staff, also provided quick attention, kind and very helpful and accommodating.

Let me start off by saying that I walked in one afternoon and America was the one helping me out and she was being extremely rude. Keep in mind my mother needed assistance and she was not doing a great job at helping her. She was so unorganized and had very little knowledge of my mothers medication. At this point I asked if someone else could help and a gentleman helped her with the rest of her visit. He was such a sweet kind young man. I wish I had gotten a glimpse at his badge to get his name. But overall he was a great help and I would definitely go back just for him.

Do not go here if you are thinking about it and if you already do go here stay away from Yasmin Colon, she stays wasting your time. I've had 3 different scheduled appointments with her and I always seem to get a call back saying I need to reschedule because she can't make it. Once, I was at work and could not call back before closing, so they just canceled my appointment without my call back and without AT LEAST rescheduling me with someone else. Why schedule me in the first place, I understand things happen but 3 different times? Yasmin needs to get her shit together. She takes no regards that her patients alike her ALSO HAVE TIGHT SCHEDULES. It's unethical that patients who have been waiting for their appointment and are in need of medical assistance have to pro-long their suffering because she decided not to come in during the SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.

The reason I gave this clinic 5 stars is because of this loving Dr. That really cares. Her name is Dorothy Marquez Maneja. This Dr  took the time to sit and listen. She has always given me the best possible care. I feel like she has extended my life. She gives me great direction on how to stay healthy by eating correctly and exercise. She has changed the quality of my life. I am filled with gratitude for this beautiful soul. Thank you....
