I am not a fan of the dentist. I have to say from the front office to the assistant to the doctor they are amazing. I cannot express how wonderful, polite and caring these people are. Thank you

Dr. Clark has been a blessing to me on fixing my crooked teeth to be transformed into a beautiful smile so I can feel confident when taking pictures of myself and sending to others. He is so reasonably priced in times when money is an issue. But if you want perfect teeth and a great smile you need to come to Dr. Clark Schneekluth.

Everyone is kind and professional. Can't do better! The location is easy to get to from several cities. Close enough for me to walk to. Their patients are of all ages. Personally, I had metal braces at 16 but my teeth have moved over the years (yes, teeth move, that's why braces work) and I had Invisalign's through Dr Clark's care.

I received Invisalign treatment with Dr. Schneekluth and had a great experience throughout the entire process. The doctor was helpful and informative regarding any questions or concerns I had. The office staff was friendly and welcoming. I am 100% satisfied with the final result

Dr. Clark. Always been an amazing orthodontist I kno him from 15 years ago when he did my sisters bite. He’s working on mine now and it’s not easy as almost all dentists don’t want to. I can say he’s one of the few and great alliance and always recommend him.

Wednesday, July 8th 2020.I visited the Garden Grove office for the first time. Due to being out of town when my original Dental office in Orange wanted me. So I settled for the actual office of my Orthodontist. I was coming in to have my Braces look at/ checked/fixed like I've been doing since July 2018 (When I got my Braces first put on). The Pros of the visit. - The Receptionist and the ladies who helped me in the back were rather nice. Like they weren't overly friend but weren't mean either they kept it quick and professional. I had gotten my wire, and rubber bands took off rather quickly with no pain. And was checked by Dr. Clark quickly as well who would crack small jokes at times to try to lighten the mood. Dr. Clarke had decided to set me up with a new lower and top wirer and set them up slightly to where they should fit but didn't exactly engage them in. Instead, that was left for another man to do and this is where it goes South.The Negative Side.Soon I was left in the care of a guy named "Rudey" who was rather rough with me. This man would push extremely hard against my teeth at one point I even heard a loud crack from my bottom left jaw which I've never heard before. His response to that was to basically raise his voice at me in an angry tone to ask if I'm okay. I nodded my head and tried to give thumbs up being unable to speak due to a wire stabbing at me and his hand still in my mouth. But cause I didn't verbally answer him he repeated his question this time with more harshness in his tone forcing me to muffle a small "yes". In reality, I was not okay I was in excruciating pain but thought it nothing. So once the wire in the guy asks me what colour rubber band I want. Note: I've Never Been Here Before, so I didn't know what colours there were and learned the colours were different here than the ones at my regular office so I ask to see the colours within 5 seconds " Rudey" says in an impatience annoyed sounding tone he says " Will you hurry it up, we don't got all day" so, me entering a slight panic attack now reply back hastily with the universal colour " Silver".. Feeling extremely pressured and uncomfortable nowThe guy Rudey was in all simply rude, semi- disrespectful and treated my teeth like rag dolls basically. I have a high pain tolerance and that was the worse dental experience I have probably ever been through. I left that building in so much pain I was crying.Fast Forward to Friday, July 10. I am still in excruciating pain unable to barely move my top and bottom job on the left side. I had been only able to eat liquid foods even soft french fries hurt too much. Usually, by now I should be able to tolerate a little bit of chewing but I couldn't. Then it happens the wire on the right bottom side shifted and stab roughly into my cheek cutting me and leaving a nasty gash. I have had wires poke at me before cause little scratch mark cuts but none has ever cut me like this before. So I decided to go into the office in Garden Grove, I wanted to go back to the source and see if I could get anything fixed.When arrived I was greeted by Mrs Lofi a receptionist and fellow dentist. We told her the problem and she herself immediately went to check the problem.She cut the wire stabbing at me and rounded the edges so it was no longer sharp but then she notices the horrible work Rudey had done. A bracket the type that goes around the tooth had become loose and the wire was set wrong in my mouth it was not engaged at all and was basically just sitting on top causing extreme pressure and nothing else. So Mrs Penney Lofi" call the orthodontist to ask if she could change the wire to something lighter and flexible than the steal heavy one I had. The moment that wire was removed a wave of relief came over me. I was still in pain but it was way less than before. Mrs Lofi got me fix up quickly and was gentle as best as she could with me. She was understanding of my situation and knew what she was doing it was simply perfect. Now please note I am still in extreme pain but it has been left up a little bit. I am planning on getting my braces removed soon and having it switch to Invisalign This incident has become traumatizing on my teeth I have felt pain before but this takes the cake, it was and is simply too much to bear and due to having a high immunity to pain killers, it been a struggle. Final Verdict. If I go into that office again I will refuse service and will walk out if they try to have that Rudey guy work on me again, I do not want him near my mouth at all. However, I more than welcome Mrs.Penney Lofi to work on me anytime.

The front desk lady was sooo sweet and welcoming and Dr. Schneekluth made me feel so comfortable and was able to solve the problem I was having pretty quickly! I’m excited to be their patient.

Dr. Schneekluth and the whole office is so amazing! They have helped me so much and even though I’m not done with all my dental work, it has been so much better than I expected. It is way less stress-inducing than it usually would be anywhere else. Also, everyone is so sweet and funny, especially Penny at the front desk, Dr. Schneekluth, and everyone that works there. It is so amazing and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

Love the staff and love the results I’m getting from the Invisalign treatment
