Excellent!
Excellent physician and surgeon
Excellent service and patient communication.
Well... My appointment was at 945am. I was here on time. It is now 1225pm and I'm still in the waiting room. What is the point of making an appointment and being here on time if I'm going to be waiting for over 2 and a half hours??? This will hopefully be my last time here. I've never had to wait as long as i am with an appointment. The excuse is that the doctor is running behind. To this point, he's 2 hours, 40 minutes and counting behind schedule. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
Dr Eddy, receptionist, and Marianita They all are very nice, I'm with them since 2017 they are just busy all the time but if you book your appointment after 1 pm you don't wait that much !!
Maritza the Receptionist is very professional, friendly and outgoing. Mariana started the exam process and was very professional, kind, warm and attentive. Dr. Garcia was very knowledgeable he took his time and explain to everything in regards to my condition and he also made sure that I understood the nature and severity of what was going on.
My father had surgery with Dr Garcia twice and I am compelled to give him justice for all the bad review people are throwing him.First of, Maritza, his secretary is a sweet heart. The office is very accessible to senior citizens because of the easy bus route.I don't understand people complaining for the wait when most of the people that go here have Medical government subsided health insurance. My Dad is retired and accepted the fact that he is not the only patient Dr Garcia is attending to. Dr Garcia helped my father to enhance his vision. We don't expect it to go back to it's perfect vision due to the damage of diabetes and glaucoma from his past history. Dr Garcia is a doctor and not GOD, ok? It's not fair to blame him for all the bad health habits of your family member. We are lucky to have a doctor like him to be satisfied to the small compensation we can give him back from the government. If you want a world class service, buy your family member a bloody expensive PPO prime health insurance so you can go to UCLA Jules Stein Eye Center. Get it? Otherwise, be grateful for what your family can get from him. In Canada, my Uncle with glaucoma did not get his surgery not until after a YEAR. Thank you Dr Garcia and your staff like Maritza for all your service to the community.Sincerely,- A concern RN and a loving daughter
i should of listened to these reviews i literally read them as i waited for the doctor. however the doctor had good bedside manner so i proceeded to order my glasses at his office. i ordered them for nearsightedness, it has now been two and a half weeks and still no glasses. the worse part is i continue to call the office and i get lied to with a promise of a call back. beside this issue the front office could smile more they seemed very upset when i had my initial appointment.
Don't come here you will wait at least 2 hours if your lucky because some how the doctor is always running late please don't come here you have other options this is not the only eye doctor
I am willing to give him zero start. After surgery, my granpa's eye become weaker and He unable to see anything like before. Please do not trust him and find another doctor if you can.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
