Blue shield has no business even working with this office nor assigning patients to them they only got a 1 star rating how in the hell are they even open the staff is super untrained have no knowledge of what they are doing nor respect.... CHANGE YOU DOCTOR ASAP

Hands down worse experience Ive ever encountered in a medical office. Came in to get a referral which normally takes no more than 3 days to process. I call a week later to see where my status was. They literally pick up the phone and hang up. Not once but 4 times. No office should ever do that to anyone. I called my medical insurance and the receptionist was kind enough to call them directly. It wasnt until then that they process the referral. Sure enough the next day after that the referral went through. Please be aware of this practice and stay away. This is pure nonsense.

Horrible clinic you practically breath on one another ..Service is horrible waited over an hour in a half and still not seen by the Doctor so I left ..

Never met Dr. Ashok because he’s never there. What kind of doctor is never there? Very unprofessional. Switched to another doctor ASAP. I would give this place zero stars. Don’t come here. Save your time.

If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of needing a doctor stay away from this quack. My sister needs a liver transplant and she needs alot of help. This doctor assured her that he would be of assistance in her hospitalization,  he was very frank about her condition and then prescribed a protocol to eliminate the buildup of fluids and at the same time try and get her admitted to USC General Hospital. After much fighting with him and el monte hospital to do the procedure at any risk it was done. She was told that they were going to do another procedure but this "doctor " kicked her out at 6 o'clock pm Thursday and she needed to admit herself to USC emergency.  This doctor and the el monte hospital should be ashamed of their practices.

Most unethical doctor I've ever seen. Very money hungry. Takes on way too many patients but has no time to see them, so he doesn't. In nursing homes and hospitals he charts that he has seen the patients, most times he doesn't even go there. If he does it it rare that he goes into the room to see the patient. He usually charts based on what he has been told by others, but does not do his own assessments as the doctor. It is so wrong.BEWARE OF DOCTOR ASHOK!

This place is horrible! I use to see Dr. Ashok until he only cane in to work two days a week do my sister and me started seeing  other doctors that were there the days he wasn't I'm not saying the names but they are a joke! The staff is rude and super lazy they have no idea about what their doing or suppose to do. I would hate having to go to my appointments so I finally changed doctors.They don't care about their patients here, it needs to be investigated and shut down!!My sister recently went and seen Dr. Oliver Chu and he didn't even give her a referral for the MRI she needs or one to pain management and he answered his phone during their visit and wasn't paying attention to what my sister was trying to say.Dr. Ashok,Dr. Soshi and Dr. Oliver Chu are do unprofessional and do not care about any of their patients. It's so sad never let a loved one come to this place.

Staff is terrible unexperienced reps dont know how to verify insurance eligibility and the front office assistant Sheryl is very rude over talks customers they do not return youre calls when they say they are. I cant believe Dr. Ashok would have someone like this working for him. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Very poor service

This place needs to be investigated because the level of competency is unreal.  The staff is lazy and uncaring. Definitely not somewhere to send someone for healthcare.

I made an appointment for Tuesday 2:30 pm. Came in for an annual checkup and neck pain. I waited 30mins in the lobby. Then another 30mins in the checkup room. While in the lobby the receptionist told a patient that Dr. Ashok only comes at certain times of the week depending on his schedule. After 1hr wait for an appointment, a female doctor (she was quite nice, but used her phone flashlight to check my mouth/tongue). 5 minutes later I am out of the doctor's office and told to go home. I only saw one doctor and 3 nurses. It's definitely not enough for all the patients waiting in the lobby. I would not recommend coming here.The Dr. obviously does not read or care for the reviews on here.
