This office shouldn't be in business , they're fraudulent and are the worst dental office I've ever experienced, they did a baby root canal on my son , didn't use any medication other than numbing, pulled out the tooth and didn't use a crown even though he needed one, didn't do a cleaning , fillings or pulled out the front tooth that needed to be pulled, they were very careless from the signing up process, beware because they'll steal information and do unauthorized procedures. This place deserves to be shut down.
If you want to lose your teeth, come too this dental office. What started about 3 years ago here has ended in me needing a tooth extraction elsewhere. I came here about 3 years ago or so, and this dentist and his front office team basically forced me to sign up for commenity bank using scare tactics for a wisdom tooth removal, and deep teethcleaning, and a "deep tooth filling." Total came to like $1800 for all the above. I let them do the "deep tooth filling" and the deep teeth cleaning. They were trying to "save" my tooth, by putting medicine in there but the infection got worse over time. I had no pain as the tooth and nerve had already been infected but how could i know without pain? After the procedure I went to see a different dentist who said i should have had a root canal instead. Due to the expensiveness of the cost i already paid and trying to get my money back (which was successful btw) i really did not have any money or good dental insurance at the time to get a proper procedure done elsewhere. Moreoever, I do not trust dentists to begin with but hearing how this guy performed malpractice on me made, it made me not want to see another dentist for a long time. Now I have great dental insurance and a great job so I was able to get my teeth fixed, but unfortunately the tooth with the "deep tooth filling" broke while eating, deemed unsavable, and thus extraction and process of a bridge needs to be done now. So it's like I'm really losing 2 healthy teeth as well. If this guy had done a correct job in the first place I would not have been in the place I am now and I would still have my tooth. So BEWARE, and DO NOT go to this dental office. I don't care how convenient, it will be an fiscal inconvenience down the road for sure since he doesn't know what he's doing. RUN away from this office, especially if you need any type of filling. Go somewhere else for a second opinion, do not let them scare and intimidate you and make you feel like you have no options. I should honestly sue for malpractice and take this up with the Board of Dentistry.
Horrible experiences

Super great dental office , the front ladies are so nice and the dentist is so good didn't feel a thing
I am officially done with this dental office. I've been coming here for 6 years after the recommendation of a friend. At first, they were excellent. They were very friendly and very efficient. Now that some time has passed, they have become very apathetic and straight up one of the worst dentists I've ever dealt with.

The wait times here are just the worst! First time they started to play the waiting game on me was one time they had to call my insurance. They kept me waiting for two hours without telling me they were on the phone with my insurance. The second time was when this woman brought in her baby who was just a few months old. Everyone in the office absolutely HAD to go nuts over this baby! Like it was the first baby they had ever seen! Everyone HAD to hold this baby and play with it! I came on this day for a simple x-ray and checkup but I was kept waiting because of someone's baby. Finally I had to get my sister to ask them what was taking so long. Someone came in HOLDING THAT BABY to check on me, sitting in the dentist's chair. TWO HOUR WAIT.

Finally, they don't answer their phone. Try to call them, mailbox is full. Try to call them on a weekday, no answer. How is that professional? I am done with these losers. I've been walking around with a giant hole in my tooth for two years. I'm done with these people. If someone lists this dentist's office as one of your options, do not take it!
NO STARS FOR THIS "dental" practice BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD any more BAD that you can even imagine, stay away from this "practice" I have a friend that goes there all the time so he recommended me to go and booked an appointment, so I went last year and they did the cleaning, diagnosis, etc. I told them the thing that I tell every dentist that I visit, don't try to do extra stuff that I don't need just with the purpose to "milk" my insurance.Other than the regular cleaning they recommend me to have my 2 top wisdom teeth removed to avoid problems in the future and bla bla bla, I have to be honest they were the 3rd dentist that told me that and just to avoid a problem in the future I decide to let them do the extractions. I booked an appointment with Dr. Behjou, that by the way is the head of the practice and he is the only one that will do the extractions (is what I was told by "Suzy", that seems she is the main person at the front desk).I went to my appointment on a Friday Feb. 19 2016 at 10 amThey pass me to the room at 10:10am and another Dr. shows up, this dr. name is: Ahmed kassem, he started working on my teeth, pulls the right top one without a problem, and well I have to say that tooth was already out (I don't know the proper name to describe that since I am not a dentist, but that tooth was out my gum, pretty normal, no pain no nothing).Anyhow, the nightmare starts when he starts to work in the one in the left, this one was inside my gum. He start working on that side at 10:37 (i kept really good track of the time), after 1 hr and 30 mins, he "decided" to refer me to a oral surgeon, he's argument was that the oral surgeon has more tools to pull it out. I was in shock! REALLY!?He cut my lips at the side, in the front, he got mad since he kept pulling my chick, they took several Xrays, going back and forth, even he kept telling me "open your mouth big, I can even see inside" he even has the nerve to tell me that i almost bit his finger.REALLY!?I don't even know that this person has a license to practiceI been going regularly to the dentist since I was young, (of course not this one) I have several procedures done in my mouth, 3 pieces bridge, few crowns, fillings, etcs. So I know how work with a dentist and I can point a dentist that know what he is doing, this person definitely NOT. Sorry to say it but not, how can some professional dentist can tell you, after messing up the tooth, "oh you know what, you don't open your mouth enough so we need to refer you to an oral surgeon" .A professional dentist knows BEFORE do something if they can do it or not, that's why the X-rays are for!!And is what i told him, "you shouldn't start doing it if you wasn't sure if you can do it or not!" That wasn't right!?So they walk me out to the front desk and I keep waiting for them to refer me to an oral surgeon, was exactly 12pm, I stand there at the front desk for more that 28 mins, this lady "Suzy" was trying to find someone for me to go, even I was told to go to a place and just walk in to see if they can take me in or not! How a serious practice can tell you that?, specially when your numbness start wearing off and you have more that half of your tooth inside. So I decide to go outside, take my phone and started looking for some Dr. and I realize, how am I could feel embarrassed to made a phone call trying to find some help if they can hear me, but I walk back inside and I found a Dr. In 4 mins, Really?! After been waiting for 30 mins for this people to refer me to someone. Dr. Behjou walks in the front desk and I complained to him, and I was told, that the "dr" that mess me up was his 1st day in that practice, REALLY DR? And this Dr told me, why you didn't told myself my concern, and I told him I already did, that I was telling him, since he is the "head" of that dental practice.BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD experinceMy recommendation stay away from this people, I already talk to my attorney about this manner Negative stars
I should have gone to one of those butchers who post on you tube dental procedures. I would have had a better experience. I needed lower dentures which I thought would be an easy procedure. The dentist made a mold, but it was so loose that within a couple of days I went and told him about it and was told I needed an adjustment but it would cost me extra. Plus, it probably would be several until the dentures adjust. The dentures are not cheap....To make the long story short I ended with another dentist who did the denture and it took one adjustment (less pain than the first time around). Plus, the adjustment was included. It makes a difference when the job is done well the first time around
.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
