HORRIBLE. The doctor herself is very kind and knowledgeable in her field. Her receptionists however are incredibly rude and always seem annoyed.

my insurance is inactive at that day and I have very serious infection that needs medical attention. Dr Wang does not care about money he can easily charge me 300-700 a patient like me.it took 2hr to take Care my infective wound he charges me very little amount of money. thank you so much Dr.Wang.

What a not professional clinic is this. They don't accept credit card! Cash only and didn't accept $100 bills! They will ask u to look for the change even though u have to cross the street or find somewhere else. Come here meaning the patient not feeling well but have to go around to look for the change?! It's ridiculous!! The appointment at 4pm but until 5pm they haven't call u and they're not as busy as a few days ago.

TERRIBLE PLACE FRONT DESK LADY HAS ATTITUDE EVERYTIME WHEN I GO FOR A CHECK UP OR SOMETHING, the LADY seems fraustrated and unwilling to help! COMe on! like how hard is it for u to search something on the computer? ! IM THERE TO SEE THE DOCTOR AND FEEL COMFORTABLE, BUT THE LADY THERE KEEPS RUINNING MY DAY. THERES TWO FRONT DESK LADY, THE ONE IM TALKING ABOUT IS THE LADY THAT ALWAYS LOOKS LIKE PEOPLE OWE HER MONEY AND HER MAD TONE WHEN SHE TALKS. THE OTHER LADY IS NICE. I LIKE HER

The doctors are all very friendly and knowledgeable at this clinic however they have two receptionists who are racist and rude. They are not professional and are very annoyed when they see patients. I've been coming to this clinic for over 10 years because it's close to my home however I'm reconsidering after the racist remarks the receptionist made towards my father today such as telling him "to go back to China".
