Very bad experience with doctor and her office. Calls were not returned, emails were not answered, and the pharmacy was unable to fill a necessary prescription because her office failed to respond to repeated requests. Ultimately, I had to go to urgent care to get the prescriptions. After several complaint calls to the practice's main office, I was finally able to schedule a phone call with her. She said only that she thought she had responded, despite several emails repeatedly asking her for a response. Then she charged me for an office visit for the phone call. I was profoundly disappointed because I really liked her and thought she would be terrific. The lack of communication (both doctor and office) and ownership of the problem was astounding.

Dr. Madani- always takes her time with you no matter if in person or virtual. Her and her staff are amazing.

I saw Dr. Madani for the first time and really liked her. Great bedside manner and friendly yet very professional. I am so glad I switched over to her convenient location and closer to my home. Her staff was also very friendly helpful and courteous.

I was interested in finding a new primary care physician closer to my home and my friend recommended Dr. Madani. I had my initial appointment this morning and I too would give her 10 stars if I could on Yelp. She did my annual physical and I will do my fasting blood work tomorrow. She reviewed all of the paperwork that I had completed and asked pointed questions about my overall health and family history. I intend to choose Dr. Madani as my PCP going forward. Her staff was also very professional and the new Torrance facility is spotless and conveniently located on Sepulveda Boulevard.

I recently switched to Dr. Madani as my primary care physician. I would give this office 10 stars if I could. The front and back office staff are friendly, courteous and kind. Dr. Madani is as nice as she is knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions-I did not feel rushed at all. I finally found a provider who cares and I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Madani is a very lovely lady. I chose her to be my pcp because she has a friendly face and after my first appt I definitely feel like I made the right choice. Dr. Madani was professional, caring and most importantly compassionate. She made sure my baby & I were comfortable and left with no concerns :)

I was looking for a new primary doctor and dound Dr. Madani and made my appointment. She is very nice and easy to talk to. She listened to everything I said and asked me questions about my current health. She actually came up with a plan and after sending me for lab work she emailed me with a detailed explanation of everything. I am beyond happy that I chose Dr. Madani for Y care.Betty
