Typically have no issues at this location but today at 11:00 when I went into the pediatric center the woman at the desk was extremely rude.I didn’t catch her name but she was an older woman of color. When I approached her at the desk she didn’t bother to greet or even respond to me when I spoke or asked her a question. I hope she doesn’t do this to anyone else but the fact that she wouldn’t even acknowledge me speaks a lot on the service here. Ignoring people is never okay ESPECIALLY at a job where your responsibility is to GREET and give patients customer service before their appointment.
Although the facility is new and great condition but the layout is absolutely stupid and confusing. The lab and X-ray area is literally right in the middle of the hallway and next to the entrance to the pediatric department.Everyone and everything is all crammed into such small area making very little space for social distancing 😡😡😡.
I've only been with Kaiser for about 6 months. But I've been giving the best Respect and treatment and I tell all my friends and family. Thanks 😊, keep up the great work.

It's so convenient having my Primary Care Physician located at the same building as the pharmacy, vision, lab and xray departments. For the most part, lines are not too long, and the staff works very fast and efficiently to ensure you are not waiting very long for any blood or imaging testings and/or when picking up a prescriptions either being new or just a refill
Nice looking facility but its way to small and doesn't accommodate the population; Everytime I've had to come here it's been super crowded and barely any room to move. Had an appointment and wasn't sure where to go as the reminder I got from Kaiser didn't give any specifics and every time I've come to this facility there's never been a greeter or receptionist or volunteer at the front desk to help anyone out or give them direction. Kaiser utilizes this " take a ticket " system but instead of a classic and useable ticket dispenser it uses a ridiculous electronic dispenser that seemed to be confusing to everyone trying to use it. I had an ultrasound appointment but there was no option for that, only for x-ray or blood draw so I hit. X-ray thinking that was the closest thing. I sat and sat and finally got up to ask why the numbers were so far out and I told them that I had an appointment. The receptionist told me I didn't have the right number and needed to go back to the machine that dispensed the tickets. I even asked for help and they said they couldn't help. Nowhere on the screen did it say ultrasound or appointment and even a few other patients couldn't figure out. I finally got the right ticket after playing around with the buttons. I was finally called to the receptionist and he didn't greet me or ask what I was there for he just started talking about blood draws. I had to interuy him and told him I was not there for a blood draw and he acted like I was some sort of jerk. I told him I had an appointment for an ultrasound and he acted all upset and told me I was late. I informed him that I wasn't late and that their system was a joke and atypical of Kaiser games and backwards thinking on customer care. He asked me for my ID which I gave him then he asked me to say my home address out which I was not comfortable doing then asked me what my birday was. I already have him my ID which has all of that information on it. He gave me attitude andthen tried to put a wrist band on my wrist which i did not want. I told him I'd just hold it and he almost tried to forcibly place it in my wrist until I grabbed the wristband and pulled my arm away. He then asked me again when my birthday was, ridiculous. So now because of their terrible and ridiculous system I have to wait for another hour or more to be seen because this ridiculous ticket machine gave me the wrong kind of ticket. I feel bad for the Permanente medical group in the good doctors and nurses in text that work on that side because I have to deal with the nonsense in greed of Kaiser foundation who truly can care less about patients and their health and a lot of patience to get in to see medical providers that they need. There are always reworking the system to make it harder and harder for a patient to contact their doctor or nurse or to get appointments or to get the actual treatment they need. On a positive note the pharmacist in the pharmacy tech I dealt with the last time I came here were exceptional and really went above and beyond in their professionalism and their attempts to help me out and I was very grateful for them.
I've always have been treated with the with a great deal of Respect. . I love having Kaiser & have had Kaiser 15 yrs. I'm blessed 🙏.
Helpful and fast
Nice clean facility. Ample parking and good physicians.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
