I am new to sutter and after I had my first appointment with Dr. Jauregui I encounter a problem trying to order my medicine. Her and her staff weren't helpful at all I had to call the office about 6 times, I emailed them another 6 and called and spoke to express scripps. After I spoke to the 3rd representative she told me that she could help me by contacting the doctor in her end, but that the doctor's responsibility was to help with releasing the prescriptions so I could just go on my app nd order them. that is what I was expecting but she didn't help she just gave me a phone number to call for online help! ?? very dumb I am kicking my self for switching from Kaiser I guess paying the extra $60-70 is very worth it... I whish I could give no stars she and her staff deserved none

Dr. Jauregui is a very compassionate doctor. I can only speak from my years of experience with her. She was my parents’ doctor and currently mine and my daughter’s as well. She listens and takes time to hear my symptoms. She treats and refers as appropriate. She saved and extended my parents’ lives numerous times because of her keen assessment skills and quick action. I can never thank her enough. She is a great doctor. I just found out my sister, close friend and her sister, also have her as their doctor. Don’t allow the few stars that a few people give her for whatever reasons deter you from picking her as your primary care physician. Some people hate it when doctors would rather treat your condition vs giving you opiates.

Horrible doctor, does not listen to her patients needs. If you have anxiety.. do not! And I mean do not! Go to her... she’s will tell you that you’re bipolar and try to get rid ignorant you. Worst doctor ever!
