Really great people ! I went in today and I was welcomed in and felt un-judged. Told me what was going to happen and all my options; answered all my questions with detail and care. I appreciate this place very much :) They squeezed me in last min for a screening and I appreciated it very much :))

I took my 90 year old MIL into the walk in clinic to receive her flu shot and COVID vaccine booster only to be turned away because we didn't have an appointment.  I was told that appointments were required to limit the number of people in the facility.  Mind you, there wasn't a single person being seen or waiting for a doctor.  We left the facility and drove to Walgreens.   They were able to provide her with both vaccines even though they were exceptionally busy at the time.I am glad that Sutter is serious about getting everyone vaccinated.

what’s the point of claiming you’re open everyday if you’re going to close periodically without any warning on days that you tell patients to come back to get tests read? this is the third time i’m going to have the reschedule. the nurse told me that i could come back saturday 09/04 and i told him twice that i would be back on saturday. and now the day comes and you’re closed? where’s the communication? if i wanted to wait three weeks for results i would’ve gone through my primary care physician. i thought the whole point of this clinic was convenience.

Came here for a last minute TB test. I walked-in and Jenny S. helped me. She was so nice and friendly! She made the whole process so easy. I've never done a TB test before so she assured me it would be something quick. She took my insurance and my info and did the test. She was great! :)

I give a 5/5 based on our recent visit. The MA was very nice and Wendy Sue, NP was also. Took my daughter in for possible strep throat and covid exposure from school. Can't make online appointments if you have any covid symptoms. Calling the 800 number to talk to someone sucks cuz it takes forever to get through to a person. However, since I only live 6 minutes from the office, I just drove over there, made an appointment and went back an hour later since there was no availability at the time. Sure beats sitting in a lobby with sick people for 2 hours  at the Laguna Sutter urgent care up the street. Anyway, it's very clean there and only people with appointments are inside waiting, and distantly seated. The atmosphere actually felt kind of refreshing. Also it didn't take long to be seen once we checked in. About 5 minutes in the waiting area and maybe another 10 minutes in the patient room.

It must be noted that this facility does not have doctors on staff.   They employ nurse practitioner and physician assistant!   It's very important to know who's treating you.  For more complex medicine needs the above will not do!   I'm glad I'm asking who's on staff before booking an appointment!

This is the GOAT of all urgent cares. I came in to get an ear cleaning and they fixed me up so good.

I just had a consult today as I have not been feeling well for 3 days. My left ear feels clogged. NP Susie checked my ear and my diagnosis was Eustachian tube dysfunction. She told me that it could be from allergy or from the smoke. I took an allergy meds when I got home and after few minutes my ear felt better.We always have excellent service when we come here.
