Dr. Sachdeva is one of the most caring and experienced physicians I've ever met. My radiation treatment was an incredibly positive experience. This radiation team (physician, technicians, receptionists, administrators) is hands down the best medical team I've come across. I'm grateful and blessed by the excellent and compassionate care I received during the 4 of weeks of my radiation treatment.

My experience at Epic Care was wonderful. Breast cancer is scary stuff, but these folks made it less so and explained everything in a calm and caring manner. Not only was Dr. Sachdeva kind and friendly and informative, the radiation technologists were great - so caring and compassionate. It was almost a "pleasure" going there everyday! I would highly recommend Epic Care.

The office has a policy of not accepting patients with Kaiser insurance even if you are not interested in using your insurance. Made it abundantly clear that I was planning pay out of pocket completely to care for a dying family member and was turned away. When someone is dying - you can rest assured you will be paid! This practice should be ashamed. Cannot speak to the quality of medical care - all that I know for sure is that they are extremely insensitive and bizarre.

My experience at Epic and my treatment for esophageal cancer by Dr Gopal Sachdeva was more than routine, it was remarkable. Dr Sachdeva is a cheerful, knowledgeable physician who has continuously given me hope regarding my cancer. The radiation treatments were easy and conducted in a manner that made me feel like a real person. Dr Sachdeva met with me weekly during the 25 day radiation treatment and always had the time to answer my questions. But he went above and beyond when my insurance company denied the treatment he recommended for the metastasized cancer to my liver. Dr Sachdeva wrote the supporting documentation for giving me the treatment to the insurance company. He always told me that he would win the case. And he did!You cannot ask for more than this of your doctor. I highly recommend Dr Gopal Sachdeva.
