List of Lisa Bailey's Reviews
I was diagnosed with a pre-cancerous condition when I met Dr. Bailey. She did a lumpectomy and discovered a tumor within the removed material. The next 3 months were terrifying, but Dr. Bailey did a 2nd surgery that included lymph nodes. 6 months later there were no signs of cancer in my mammogram. Dr. Bailey was so careful with the incisions that there is no visible sign of the 2 surgeries. I'll be very sad to see her retire!

Wonderful doctor, great surgeon. Clearly explained everything.
Dr. Bailey is phenomenal. She did a fantastic job bringing me back to health. One reason she is so effective is that she listens, remember details, and works well on her team. The teams' efforts made me feel fully supported. Dr. Bailey follows up. She asks the right questions, cares about her patients, and has a great sense of humor.
Good parking, nice office. Communication is a pervasive problem in this office. Referrals that are recommended, necessary and promised NEVER happen. Call backs are rare, even to fellow doctors. Comments on my physical appearance came each visit - unsolicited and not ever called for. Just don't, okay? My questions about my care plan and procedures were routinely dismissed and minimized. So I eventually just shut up. I was regularly "reminded" how much worse it used to be. Great. I'm still being napalmed inside and out and chopped up. Being minimized isn't helpful. Not a great feeling ever leaving this joint.

I consider Dr. Bailey saved my life. When I went to see her with a Stage 1 triple negative bc in 2010 she found a second cancer (undetected by the mammogram) on the left - Stage 3 - in her exam. Meticulous. Caring. Top of her field. I can't say enough good things about her.
This office has some of the worse patient service I've seen. It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, and takes multiple calls and voicemails to even get an appointment. No one ever returns calls. When you are dealing with something like cancer, a little more kindness and responsiveness seems essential. Dr. Bailey did a great time with my surgery - she's nice and thorough and compassionate, if you can ever get to see her or talk to her or her staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
