Dr. Bailey is phenomenal. She did a fantastic job bringing me back to health.One reason she is so effective is that she listens, remember details, and works well on her team. The teams efforts made me feel fully supported. Dr. Bailey follows up. She asks the right questions, cares about her patients, and has a great sense of humor.

I first met Dr. Lisa Bailey while working first as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Nurse then went on to become a Registered Nurse about 30 years ago. As Dr. Baileys patient for many breast surgeries, in addition to  caring for her patients as a nurse, I have experienced first hand the extraordinary dedication, integrity, and commitment Dr. Bailey ensures for her patients.

Good parking, nice office. Communication is a pervasive problem in this office. Referrals that are recommended, necessary and promised NEVER happen. Call backs are rare, even to fellow doctors. Comments on my physical appearance came each visit unsolicited and not ever called for. Just dont, okay? My questions about my care plan and procedures were routinely dismissed and minimized. So I eventually just shut up. I was regularly reminded how much worse it used to be. Great. Im still being napalmed inside and out and chopped up. Being minimized isnt helpful. Not a great feeling ever leaving this joint.

This office has some of the worse patient service Ive seen. Its almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, and takes multiple calls and voicemails to even get an appointment. No one ever returns calls. When you are dealing with something like cancer, a little more kindness and responsiveness seems essential. Dr. Bailey did a great time with my surgery shes nice and thorough and compassionate, if you can ever get to see her or talk to her or her staff.

Dr. Bailey did a great time with a recent surgery.  She was smart, nice and thorough.  Id give her five stars, but there is a huge problem with her office management and staff.  They are deeply unresponsive and flakey.  They dont return phone calls if you have a question, and its nearly impossible to even make appointments.  Dr. Bailey will tell you her office will arrange followups like imaging appointments, referrals to other doctors, and it never happens.  Its impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and when you do they just take messages with your questions and no one calls back. This is an awful way to treat patients facing cancer.

Just recently had surgery and Dr Bailey performed it. She was so kind, patient, caring and I had total faith in her expertise. Get her if you ever need the type of surgery she performs

Lisa Bailey, MD FACS and StaffI like a lot of other folks have been back to and forth to doctors ever since I believe since February 2018! I am so tried of it all  I trust all of my doctors (they all know each other, I know I can run* but I can not hide) and believe that I will be able stop going less and less, as of February 2019. They all know whats best for me and I am and so is my husband very pleased with all their assistance and their staff members as well. I am not going to list them (you know who you are) as I have way too many docs. Thank you thank you all for what you are doing for me and my husband is very thankful as well.Stay healthy, peace, and prosper to each and everyone of you!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in early November.  I was very fortunate to be able to have  Dr. Bailey take me on as my breast surgeon supported by a great staff.     Each appointment, prior to surgery, she would go over the MRI and CT reports and explain the data in laymens terms so that I had a good understanding about the cancer and surgery.  She is compassionate, kind, detailed, and an expert in her field.   I believe this is so important in battling cancer to know that you have an expert on your side.   I  talked to many people,  and all the comments are that Dr. Bailey is one of the best.

Unfortunately, I do not check Yelp for messages.  I just so happen to look tonight and have TWO messages from women that were misdiagnosed by Dr. Bailey.  This has to stop. PLEASE LOOK FOR BETTER CARE!
