I met Dr. Lo 3+ years ago after 2 back surgeries with major complications. Despite severe pain and needing a walker, I felt at ease during my first visit, due to his big smile and friendly demeanor. It's rare to find a doctor who is thoughtful, compassionate and really listens. He gave me a treatment plan that began helping within a few weeks. Soon I could walk unassisted again. Dr. Lo continues to manage my pain treatment, and we discuss new procedures, specialist referrals, and other ideas.

Dr. Lo is a wonderful person. Unfortunately he works in an office that is not patient orientated. I can not get in touch with him, my Dr. can not get in touch with him. This is very frustrating. Dr. Lo is a great Dr. that has provided great service to me.

Dr Lo is wonderful doctor, he treated me really well! However, the problem is the office he works at. They have poor manners and they are extremelly disorganized, it is scary! It took them 26 months to bill my insurance, and of course, this is pass filing limit. It is frustrating to work with the Pain Rehab Consultants in Oakland. I think Dr Lo should look for anotehr facility to set up his office!
