I'm having trouble getting through to this office. I've left multiple messages and am not able to receive a return call. Maybe they need an additional receptionist?

Receptionist is very rude over the phone. I called today and was on hold for 30 minutes, just to be met with hostility over a few general questions I had. I have not even been to this office before, but the phone call alone and the interaction I had with the receptionist is enough for me to highly suggest that you avoid this place at all costs. Phone call lasted a whole 1 minute, she did not want to help me, nor hear what I had to say/ask, and hung up on me.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr LaJoie and her staff. The staff gave very clear and understandable instructions prior to the procedure. The day of the procedure The nursing staff was very nice and helpful. Dr LaJoie was helpful, informative, and kind. I would definitely recommend Dr LaJoie.
