He was the worse Dr I’ve ever gone to. I have Inspire and he doesn’t seem to have a good knowledge of it. He said 4 times in my 30 min appointment IM THE DOCTOR!!!!. I’m now seeing another Inspire Dr and she’s Great and is VERY knowledgeable in Inspire

I don’t think he has much knowledge of the Inspire for sleep apnea. He over talked on me when I was asking questions and he gave answers that the Inspire rep corrected him .

I went to Dr Hsing for CPAP and then I wanted Inspire. I asked questions and the reps corrected his answers then he said 4 times in the 20 min appointment “I’M THE DOCTOR” this is a team approach. I am now going to a different Inspire Dr, glad I switched

I was assigned to Dr Hsing from a hosp episode. He worked with me for CPAP but the I wanted to go to Inspire. He didn’t seem well versed in it and when I questioned him about things he very strongly stated I’M THE DOCTOR” 4 times in 20 min. The reps did tell him the correct answer. I will NEVER be treated like that. I found another Inspire Dr and she is a gem.

I moved to San Diego from Indiana was referred to Dr. Andrew Yi-Tzu Hsing, thru my family care provider. I've had sleep apnea for 10 years, and have been treated by two doctors during this time. Dr. Hsing downloaded my SD card from my sleep apnea machine, and could see how many apneas I suffer per night, how many hours I wear it and how many days I wear it for the last year since my last appointment from my previous doctor. He gave me a prescription for new med supplies, and then wanted to schedule a sleep test to see if I still have sleep apnea. He already has that information from the SD card download of my sleep machine I wear every night. His nurse called me and told me that if I don't get a new test, he won't keep me as a patient. I told her there is no reason to have asleep test to prove that I have sleep apnea, that has been documented for 10 years, and he has all the data. He then revoked my prescription. Now I have to find a new doctor to get my needed supplies. I feel scammed

I have been seeing Dr. Hsing for several years and I find him to be thorough, helpful and very respectful.

Doctor is knowledgeable, but doesn't have great bedside manner. Office staff (other then Danny has been exceptionally unhelpful, almost never returns any phone calls no matter the issue.
