I have been calling for 3 days trying to make an appt as a new pt. Can only reach back up answering service during reg business hrs but zero return calls..!!!!

Dr.Naitoh is the worst! Failed to make a diagnosis that nearly cost me my life. Fortunately I went for a 2nd opinion and was diagnosed almost immediately. Way too many details to go into here, but an absolute "no"recommendation. I found out the other day he is still practicing medicine, I honestly hoped he had retired, sorry to see he is still practicing.

I have no ideia about how can other people not be extremely please with the professionals in this clinic . I have been a patient here and all the staff are extremely kind, attentive, respectful . Clara is my nurse here in Encinitas and she goes above and beyond to help you I love her … Sthepanie is the nurse in La Jolla she is extremely knowledgeable they passionate about their profession and I ‘m so greatfull for Their great service to us clients patients! Thank you for taking so good care of me !

No one answers the phone. All calls go to message center. Good luck having a call returned the same day. Dr. Cohen only works one day a week!

Good care here, but getting a follow up appointment hasn't been easy. I'll keep trying, I guess. I still gave 5 stars because of Doctor Yuh, but the appointment scheduling setup is rather frustrating, which isn't his fault.

Despite being incredibly understaffed, Marlene helped me today, and was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. Her attitude was fantastic for being the only person working. It was a great pleasure to work with her. What a wonderful person. Crina has also been magnificent in scheduling my surgery and informing me of what to expect, and Dr. Nguyen has been honest, direct and his skill level is the very highest. Many people including three other doctors have told me I have the best Doctor available, which I am grateful for. He even calls back! 👍

Saw Dr Butler 3 weeks ago. He seemed competent and referred me to another physician. The other physician still has not received referral fro Butlers office. I have attempted reach Butlers office FIVE times to get the referral sent. Always get answering service and nobody calls me back. I am not passing judgment on the doctor, but his office staff is horrible and unprofessional

I have been a patient at Genesis Urology for a couple of years. Dr. Butler is a fine surgeon. The staff has always been helpful.

My urologist/oncologist is now in the office only one day each week. There is no prompt response to my phone calls. I was unable to check-in for an appointment online because my profile had been "locked." The staff is friendly.
