By far the best experience I've had at a medspa, and I've been to many. All the girls were genuinely so sweet & beautiful. It's clear that they embody the very essence of beauty and wellness, which is perfect for a med spa setting. Simmone was excellent, personable and attentive, I felt heard and understood.

This is a shady company!!!! I went to buy a gift card from them over the phone since I live in the OC. I thought everything was good until they called to tell me my card didn’t go through and they needed another card. However I knew my card went through because I saw the money come out of my bank. They then proceeded to tell me they kept charging it and it declined each time. Turns out, they charged me 6x for that one gift card. However when I told the manager what happened he basically called me a liar and told me I was crazy and there was no proof on their end. So funny when you see your bank statement with all the proof. I am currently in the middle of trying to get my money back. Do not do business with this company!!!!

I am extremely thankful and grateful for the wonderful services Image Spa Md has provided me. I did a non surgical threadlift and some micro needling treatments. My results were mind blowing... Highly recommended. Not to mention how knowledgeable, caring professional and very talented the staff is. Again: thank you!!

I recently had an IPL done here. I literally saw no results at all. I have done several over the years, always with amazing results. There was no peppering, nothing. I had purchased an additional 3 IPL treatments at that time. I have called for 3 weeks and have had no response at all. They are reviewing whether or not they will give me my money back...for services I haven't even used. No one calls you back. No one knows what it going on. Plan on filing a claim with the BBB. Stay away!
