This one was easy was in on Saturday morning. Took 6 weeks to get this appointment. They make you show up 30 min before your appointment. My guess is they want you waiting as long as possible. You get a text message saying they will be with you but if they don't to come in 10 min after your appointment time. So having waited for 45 min I come in and stand in the designated line. The person behind the counter. Sees me standing there for 10 min. Now mind you I am there for a knee injury and standing is both painful and uncomfortable. The lady behind the counter continues to make sure she makes no eye contact with me, but when she finally does I can tell my being here is a major annoyance in her life. I look around the room and it's almost empty, what could I have done wrong?? I literally only came in and stood in line, I'm HURT and I'm here to get help.Yup wrong place if you are looking for anyone to actually care for anyone in that category. Care that your sick, care that your hurt, care that your injured. Now this was just my experience today. And I hope that if you go yours is better.

The absolute only bummer was I had to wait 4 weeks after being fully vaccinated to be able to my MRI's. I checked in by text. Less then 4 minutes later I was texted back to come in. And 1 minute later I was called back for my MRI's. I was able to do one right after the other so was fast. No in between waiting.

Everyone nice, answer questions well. Took me right to get to MRI table promptly so I did not have time to get nervous. Very positve attitudes the people working there

The office is very clean and they are very careful to keep everyone safe. They are very efficient. The staff is very competent. They were running a little behind but the actual appointment was very quick. They are very professional.

Check-In couldn't be easier. So nice to be able to finish everything before you ever step foot into rhe facility.The staff is polite. Saturday & Sunday appointments really help with my busy schedule during the week.
