Jennifer Black's Online Review Report Card

I've become very unhappy with calling the answering service to get my prescriptions refilled, this time it took six days before I received my meds, the second problem was I asked for the directions to State three pills to be taken each day, when I got my prescriptions it only says one pill a day, I can't believe that I have to call an answering service and cannot call the doctor's office directly. Dr. Jennifer black is a wonderful physician I have no problems with her, but if she's aware of this message I wish she would call me so I could talk to her personally this is Arthur ring hand birthday 6449 give me a call doc let's straighten out this mess

I liked Dr. Burnst alot - but his front desk staff. Sometimes attitude. Or confused or didn’t follow up on the prescriptions so was frustrating. I eventually left to a different doctor was staff is friendlier and follows up better..

Receptionists always have an attitude and if you’re calling about a medication refill....good luck. You may have to call back multiple times just to get an answer that sets you back even further. On a positive note, Brunst was great and Dr. Das is a very nice guy.

I've been a patient for over 20 years. Most of my family members are also patients of Dr. Robert Brunst and Gourab Das. By far the finest physicians in all of North County San Diego

Recently called as a potential patient, simply seeking information about their self pay price list for specific appointment types. Staff sounded completed confused and undertrained in simple medical terminology. Put on hold for several minutes at a time and transferred over and over. Never received any actual information or referral even. Zero transparency. Worst part is Brunst will never know because their staff keeps their mistakes to themselves rather than research or ask the actual doc on how they should proceed about procedures and policies.

I drive far to go here as the staff and doctor are very personable. They are one of the best I have been too.

Came in for my physical with Dr. Brunst and all went well! Dr. B was very friendly and I had no issues with the staff.

This is the third time we have returned because they can’t seem to fill the paperwork for my medical examination correctly. The staff makes things worse because of their unwillingness to help a customer on top of them being very rude.

I have had the extreme pleasure of having my Dr Brunst and friendly staff keep my life going since I was 25 I am now 65 with arrhythmia for years, I with a pacemaker/defibrillator new heart valve/ bypass many illnesses, he listens and does not rush you he crosses his legs and responds It was like hitting the lotto finding him and great staff also, Tim S.

Both Dr. Brunst and Das are 2 of the most thorough, caring doctors I have ever been a patient of. They always take their time with me and answer any and all questions I may have. They never rush and give the kind of service to me that I wish every physician would give. Their commitment to their profession is obvious and I highly recommend them!
