I have seen Dr Ludington for over a year and a half now. She truly listens and follows up regularly with testing, health evaluations and appointments, and her staff is great and assists but the doctor remains hands on. I have had great success due to the doctor’s diligence in making sure the proper meds, diagnosis and evaluations are accurate. Highly recommend.

Although I waited 25 minutes to see Dr Ludington, I felt that she really listened to my concerns once I sat down with her. She was kind and had a genuine, caring attitude. Also she seemed very knowledgable even though I have a somewhat of a rare heart condition. Thank goodness! I now have my dad coming to see her too and he is also very happy. Very thorough! HIGHLY recommend her. In a sea of male cardiologists with big attitude, she is a refreshing change.

I recently started seeing Dr. Ludington through a referral from by my PCP. I am so impressed by her level of knowledge and thoroughness with investigating my health issue. She has been amazing and has exceeded my expectations. I feel I am in good hands and will be recommending her to a family member as well.

Dr. Lundington is an amazing doctor! She truly cares about her patients, listens extremely well, and really makes a point to get to the root of the issue opposed to masking a issue with medications and whatnot. Katherine Ludington, MD, Cardiologist, has given me the tools to turn my life around and best chance to avoid a heart attack. She's done this with incredible expertise + a kind, caring down to earth manner that motivated me to partner with her and solve my issues. I now know what to do to protect my heart and take care of myself - I no longer worry about my heart health and have gone back to enjoying life! One: I came to her with an up and down blood pressure. She identified the medication I was on was causing this result - with the new medication I enjoy an even blood pressure, and, now it's only one pill a day instead of two.Two: At 75 I had had no baseline heart testing. I walk 30 blocks a day on hilly terrain and had recently been experiencing shortness of breath. She recommended a group of tests - heart imaging and assessment are one of her specialties. All but one of the tests were done in her office and the results were available quickly. I was not expecting the news I received - a strong heart but leaking heart valves, which the new medication will ease as it reduces pressure in the heart, and, plaque in the coronary arteries from too high cholesterol, to be solved with a change in diet.Three: I thought my diet was good. I didn't eat red meat or dairy. With Dr. Ludington I discovered what needed to change. Then I successfully changed the diet and reduced the LDL (also known as, "the bad cholesterol,") by half to 83 while holding HDL (also known as, "the good cholesterol") to a score above 100. This puts me in the normal range for cholesterol - all without medication and in three months!

Dr Ludington is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate, and she listens to questions carefully while providing clear responses. My first experience with her was about seven years ago, and she very likely saved my life by quickly recognizing the seriousness of my symptoms, which were not the classic chest pain, etc. I had been to another doctor who was not recognizing how serious my situation was, so I did some quick online research and decided to call Dr Ludington. Dr. Ludington acted quickly to bring me in to run tests, and based on the test results got me scheduled with a highly regarded surgeon to clear what turned out to be a nearly complete blockage of a coronary artery. I avoided a heart attack and I am completely healthy now and have an annual visit with Dr Ludington. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ludington's for close to 2 years and have been in her office multiple times for various exams and to also receive my Covid vaccine shots. On each occasion the staff has been extremely friendly, courteous and professional. In addition to being a leading cardiologist in our area, Dr. Ludington is very personable and is a good listener. I highly recommend Dr. Lundington to others who are in need of seeing a Cardiologist.

Dr Ludington and her staff have always been professional, prompt and friendly. Just received my Janssen vaccine and all interactions with everyone in the office was great!

Dr. Ludington goes above and beyond for her patients She and her staff chose to do all of the paperwork necessary to make her and North Coast Cardiology the first small office instead of a giant system to become a vaccine provider. The process for both vaccines was easy and fast. She has been my cardiologist sine 2008. She is not only and excellent cardiologist but makes it a pleasure to have office visits with her. She deeply cares about her patients and their lives.
