Attention, Beware. Avoid this person. Very bruthal. i waited one hour in the room till she comes in to see me (which i don't mind at all ), then she was so rude and was not interested to hear my concerns at all amd kept saying she has to see another one in 2 minutes so i should hurry up. my appoinment lasted 3 minutes. She wanted to leave so bad. She did,'t even let me talk to say what is wrong with me or how i am feeling. Horrible human

Awful. She seemed to think I should know what antibiotic I should be prescribed. Then when the one she did give made me sick it took her five days to get back to me for a replacement, still asking which antibiotic I want. By then I had gone to urgent care where I was much better served.

Dr. D'Souza has been my primary physician for over 3 years and I could not recommend her more highly. I had a number of health issues in 2016 and she was tireless in diagnosing my condition and getting the specialists I needed to recover. She is compassionate, understanding and professional.

Terrible. She was rude and uncaring about my needs even though she just met me. Had no regard to my health concerns maybe since she knew that I usually go with alternative health care practices. Was not open to my suggestions for preventative medicine. Will not go back to her.

Very friendly and caring. Easy to talk with and takes time to really listen. Even tho this office is really busy at times I never feel rushed. They have a great system in place for specialist referrals. Staff is friendly, professional and attentive. It shows everyone really loves their job here. I highly recommend dr Lydia D'Souza to everyone.
