What an amazing doctor!! Staff was great with scheduling and with apprising me of the fees. Dr. Yco is very careful with his choice to not 'over do' any fill or Botox. Thank you for being great at what you do!

I prepaid $75 to get an appointment for a consultation on a possible necklift. I waited 50 minutes which didn't bother me as I was told he was finishing up a procedure. I've never been to a plastic surgeon before and didn't know what to expect.However I was so so disappointed when he rushed in, told me I needed a facelift, did I have any questions and he'd send me an email with the cost etc. The entire visit was 2 minutes TOP.I'm sure I had questions but couldn't even form them in my mind because he was in such a hurry. Disappointed, rushed, angry as I left. He obviously doesn't need my business!! 50 minute wait, 2 minute visit, $75 must be paid in advance!!

Dr. Yco is amazing! He really makes sure to listen to you and know that you need to trust your surgeon before you go through with anything! He made me feel so much more comfortable once he said that because it didn't feel like a "I need your money" it felt like he cared that I as a patient trusted him before going through with a surgery. I went to him for a rhinoplasty and was so nervous for the consult since I have been wanting this for so long. I wasn't sure what to expect. He's very calm and listens so well. He makes sure to tell you if there's something you want and doesn't go with your face.. he won't do it. He also doesn't over do it and keeps it natural. I love that his wife takes care of the financial side of his business because it shows family is important to him. My surgery went very smooth and he did everything to my nose I had ever wanted. Everything and more. He exceeded my expectations that I cried of happiness when I saw it for my first time. Basically what I am saying is if you are looking to get a rhino definitely go to him! His mannerisms and everything help so much to make you feel comfortable. Will 1000000% recommend him to anyone who asks me for a plastic surgeon. THANK YOU DR YCO! You changed my life!

I went to Dr. Yco's office last week on a recommendation from a friend. It was my first time getting something done so of course I was a little nervous. I was actually just getting lip filler done. Although it was an hour drive from my house to get to his office I wanted to go somewhere that was highly recommended and would take good care of me and do a good job. That was not the case. I was told that I would receive a follow-up call or text the next day to see how my procedure was coming along and to see how I was feeling. I received neither. On the second day I called and said I never got a follow up call. And they said will have a manager call you. No manager has called yet. In addition I went to a different plastic surgeons office to get an opinion on what they had done and they said it looks like nothing had been done at all. I'm very disappointed with the results. In addition the other surgeons office was significantly less for the same procedure. I really feel like I over paid for what's common place in the market. Also I was told about joining an app for a rewards program called Brilliant Distinctions. Which I did join while at their office. I kept asking about any kind of discounts or military discounts and they kept telling me no. When I was at the second surgeons office they told me that brilliant distinction did have a $75 off your procedure voucher that I was entitled to because I was a new member. Dr. Yco office never mentioned that to me not even once. I am very disappointed with the follow up and very disappointed with the procedure and really feel like I overpaid.

I'm a patient of Dr.Yco who I see religiously every couple of months for Botox & I'm so thrilled I found him! He's so nice & honest. Always a pleasant experience! And! I have to mention Kara!! Ok girls who doesn't want sexy lips!? Kara is an artist!! I'm so happy with my filler & the compliments I get!! Not to mention Kara's fun, sweet personality too!Also can't leave out the girls at the reception area, who are always so nice on the phone & when I go in! All around great team!!

I had a 4 hour surgery for cartilage replacement on my nose after an accident. Dr. Yco did a fantastic job. Everything about him, his staff, and expertise is above and beyond.

Dr. Yco is an absolutely amazing surgeon!!!!! I've seen his work on my friends and they all look fabulous and natural. When I spoke with Dr. Yco I told him my goal was to still look like me but 10 years younger. He told me that with a neck lift, lower and mid facelifts my outcome would be exactly what I wanted. It's now been 6 weeks since I had my surgery and I absolutely look exactly like I did 10 years ago. I am sooooo happy when I look in the mirror again!!!!! Thank you Dr. Yco... :-)And I must 5 star yelp his staff as well. They were available and willing to help me with anything prior and after the surgery. All in the office are caring and supportive.

I know from experience how frightening it can be to muster up the courage to walk into a place where you will undergo a procedure that will change your image; when you walk into Dr. Yco's office, you know you're having your image changed to the image you see fit. Dr. Yco and his staff completely annihilate that anxiety. Dr. Yco's staff is a beautiful, caring, and comfortable team of individuals who just make you feel like you're making the right decision.Being the brunt of many jokes as a child, I have longed for a chance to have Otoplasty done in order to feel like I could fit in with everyone else. I just didn't feel quite normal. While admittedly I was a bit nervous for the procedure, Dr. Yco and his staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I live quite far from Dr. Yco's office, but thankfully Dr. Yco and his staff are understanding and quite accommodating, so I was finally able to have my surgery. I was conscious during the entire surgery and can say from first hand experience that the procedure was painless and comfortable. If you feel that Otoplasty, or any other procedure, is something that you feel will make you happier as person, then I highly suggest consulting with Dr. Yco. You won't regret. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the initial surgery, Dr. Yco will help you figure out what it is that can be done in order to make you the happy and confident person you deserve to be.

I know what high end quality and craftsmanship is, as I have been proudly providing it for all these years. My YELP rating is Five Star.Dr. Yco provided my 64 year old wife of 43 years a mini face lift and Bleph., after many years of having him provide fillers. I was her healing nurse, and saw firsthand her healing and recovery.Most impressive to me was the stitching of the wounds. It looked robotic, as if no humanoid could possibly attain the perfection displayed, the uniformity, each stitch an exact duplicate of the preceding. When she healed, the scars disappeared, no trace. She looked 15 years younger, but every one of her friends who didn't know could only guess that maybe she was thinner, because she didn't look different to them, except younger. She did lose weight for the procedure, and just agreed that's what they were seeing.Long story short, I scheduled my own procedures shortly thereafter, with the same results. I am five weeks out, I am 69 going on 56, I could not be happier with the results. Any other surgeon in Encinitas would have charged 30% more than he did. His staff of beautiful women, and I don't just mean physically, were extraordinary. Natalie you will meet upon entering, who will guide you on to Valerie, Yco's coordinator, explaining what to expect, soothing your anxieties, to Christina, his assistant, who photos and cares for you on your after surgery visits, and Carol, the office manager, who makes sure all is well financially, no slip ups, efficient and professional. I was in Twilight sleep throughout the procedure, speaking with him and Gina, his nurse, about what they were doing, and heard the back and forth between them as the procedure progressed, she anticipating his every move. It was a five hour procedure of grueling work, and I commented to them what hard work it was. I said you two really earned your money. They both agreed, not an easy way to make a living.I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Yco and his staff. There are many choices for these procedures in Encinitas, but unless you just want to pay more, see Dr. Yco first.By the way, renassaince man that he is, a Jazz musician as well, with drums, guitar, piano in his grasp, and to boot, you never see him without a smile on his face...Jack Randall

I elected to have a mini chin lift. I was not happy with the results after my initial surgery. Dr Yco took me back into surgery a month or so later to further address the area of my dissatisfaction directly under my chin. My face never healed to the perfection touted. To this day and due from the surgery, my under chin is deformed/asymmetrical and spattered with highly visible red dots suspect of broken/burst surface capillaries. My chin remains unsightly and an ever present embarrassment.
