Natalie MacLean is, without a doubt, one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She genuinely cares about her patients and their quality of life. She caught things previous doctors missed and is helping me piece back the parts of my life that auto-immune as chipped away at. She is EXACTLY how doctors and medicine should be. Her office is always helpful and friendly as well.

MalPractice!!! Dr MacLean Diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis and as a result I received months of infusions and loads of pills. Final diagnosis by another rheumatologist - nothing but past trauma to wrist that caused swelling!!! Also Dr MacLean informed me I had had a heart attack. After extensive cardiac tests by a Cardiologist, heart is fine, no heart attack!! Strongly strongly suggest second opinion on all her diagnoses.

Dr. MacLean is thorough and knowledgeable. Felt like I finally found a doctor that listens before diagnosing. Comforting to know she is not quick to prescribe a pill. She is able to look at the big picture as well.

I feel like I’m getting the best care ever. I highly recommend this practice in all ways. Dr. Maclean is excellent in knowledge and attentiveness to her patient’s needs. Overall it’s a very positive experience.

1st visit-needed to remind Dr MacLean she had received an MRI of my wrist. After she found it, changed her diagnoses to rheumatoid arthritis. Last visit-Abruptly informed me during my infusion procedure that I had had a heart attack and had sustained lung damage. She suggested I see a cardiologist to whom she would send a letter. After initial shock over the news, I visited my cardiologist who never received her letter and assured me I did not have a heart attack! Judgment?? Definite proof of such a devastating diagnosis? Empathy and compassion for delivering such devastating news during a procedure??? Am seeking treatment elsewhere.
