Dr. Perrizo is Professional, Listens well and kept me free from worry and pain during the procedure. He was honest and extremely detailed regarding proceeding to the next treatment. He even recommended a neurosurgeon as an extra precaution. I really appreciated his professional opinions and his extra care in recommendations. I also have to say that Dr. .Perrizo is hot, He also has a sweet bedside manner and has a hysterical wit. He makes me laugh which is medicine in itself. I highly recommend

Dr perrizo has been great! The office staff is friendly and courteous. He is the only one in about 10 years who has been able to give me lasting (12 mos) relief from my back pain. He has always been kind and listens to my concerns.

Dr. Perrizo has always treated my wife and I with great respect. He listens to us and allows us time to get our questions asked. He is a skilled surgeon for alleviating pain through the nervous system. I find Dr. Perrizo to be an excellent Doctor and his staff does their best to serve the patients. staff uncurteous, ignores patients that need help getting thru door. Will charge if u r late 15min - we r in pain and may be late to no fault of us. Dr. was late every visit more than 30min but I didn't get paid for the wait (first visit more than 1hr). Staff rooms u and then u wait (not being told how long)alone in room and nobody checks on you - it's a pain clinic and u leave with more pain than you arrive. Staff not trained in referral procedures but don't dare to complain cause you will be ignored. Dr. acts as if you are ignorant and belittles your feelings and frustration. Not willing to discuss any last minute thought you have- when he's done with you he's done and you spend another copay to discuss what could be handled in 5 more min. No late appts so he can get off on time. Promises other treatments, putting hopes up to make you return. U return and no other treatments after all. Had only 1 dr. worse than him, but at least u find out first visit u make. Not a caring doctor!!

Dr. Perrizo really takes the time to understand your pain. I have seen a lot of docs in my life and I wish they were all this trusting and caring. If you are in pain and you are anywhere near Oceanside Ca. or Encinitas, in fact if it's a long drive, he is worth it.

do not go here! only go if you want bad practice of medicine and to be over charged....

This office is absolutely horrible! The office staff there is very rude. Dr.Perrizo, does not listen nor is he educated in withdrawal symptoms. I was on tramadol for 1 1/2 yrs and he wanted me to stop cold turkey. Also, once you see how awful they are and decide to change drs they will charge you $50 for YOUR medical records.
