Dr. Hammond removed a somewhat unusual calcified hematoma from my left shin on November 4th. This was a severe limitation to exercise. Complete success! Exemplary surgical staff. Very happy with results, highly recommended!

Dr. Hammel replaced my right knee on October 21st, 2022. The procedure went very well and after physical therapy and continued prescribed exercises I am happy to say it's healed very well! My knee has 125 degree flex with no pain and I'm back to golfing and long Beach walks without any difficulty. I could not be more pleased and thankful! Patrick Lally

Dr Hammel and his whole crew are fabulous. I had my hip replaced, very little pain after. He made sure both of my legs were the same length, I would definitely recommend him. His office staff are all exceptional, very nice and helpful

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, Dr Hammel explained everything, made sure I had everything I needed, I can’t believe how fast I recovered and how little pain that I had. He actually is greater than 5 stars.

Its early but had surgery with Dr. Hammel last Friday. Today is Monday and I have measurably less pain than prior to the surgery. I feel like Dr. Hammel is direct and to the point. He will tell you what you should hear not what you want to hear, which is what you should have when getting advice about your health and also about your money.

Dr. Hammel has an excellent bed-side manner. Very outgoing, friendly and attentive to my needs. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I had complete confidence in his abilities as an ortho surgeon. I knew I was in good hands.

My daughter took my mother here for two fractures on her humerus. He was very thorough and answered all of her questions. He had a lot of patience. My daughter and mo Were very pleased and impressed.

I can't understand the person with the one-star review. I found out 2 days ago that I have an enormous lipoma on my lower leg. I was anxious to rule out cancer. He fit me in today and I found him to be extremely interested and eager to inform me and answer my questions.
